Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen Review

Luxury restaurant, the pool is superb. So I did not have time to enjoy the outdoors. Super welcome. I will definitely come back.

A nice hotel that is beautifully situated in the wooded area of Soest. For peace and nature this is a very suitable location. Plenty of opportunities for relaxing and walking. The parking places are of course abundant and are also free of charge. The hotel makes a well-kept impression, the rooms are clean and the bathroom is very neat. Furthermore, there are enough facilities inside the hotel to keep you entertained even in bad weather. Of course there are also various occasions for having a drink or an extensive dinner.

I had breakfast there, this was very good and very atmospheric. Value for money (ca20, -)

A great Hotel and very friendly employees. The Hotel has free Parking spaces and it has a perfect and quiet position. If you want to go to The Hague or Rotterdam you're driving 40 Minutes +/- and to Amsterdam you also just need 40-50 Minutes. The receptionist was really friendly and I got a room even I arrived before the Check-In time. The rooms are small and very basic (Flatscreen, Bed and some closets). Unfortunatly the Televisions seem to interrupt in other rooms because our Channels changed even though the remote wasn't even near me. A supermarket and some other shops are in the small city of soest-zuid. You have to drive 10 Minutes to the city. You have a great view over the Golffield and the hotel also offers a lot of wellness. The swimming pool is huge and nice. The food in the restaurant also was great. 5/5 Stars, would visit again.

Great hotel, perfect also with children, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Rooms also super clean and pleasantly decorated. I can really recommend this to anyone.

Relaxing, great amenities, beautiful party of the country.

The rooms come at a decent rate. They are clean and the beds are comfortable. The shower it's in a cabin and the bathtub fits one person. There's complementary coffee and tea. WiFi isn't for free, but heck, I didn't come here for the internet connection.

The restaurant is a bit pricy, but the food is amazing. The staff is friendly and professional. There are warm blankets if you want to sit outside.

The swimming pool is not too large, but it is clean and perfect to chill out in our swim a few laps. The sauna and Turkish steam bath is great. The gym is well equipped for hotel standards. Most people can get their daily exercise done

All in all we had a great stay and would love to come here again.

Excellent value for money. Hotel is neat and has excellent facilities.

The hotel is already a bit old. The current renovation makes sense to meet the standards of a Hilton hotel. Unfortunately, the ventilation system made noises at night, even though we did not turn it on. The 3-course menu in the hotel restaurant is recommended. However, you have to plan enough time here. On some corridors it smells clearly of chlorine from the pool from the basement.

The hotel is located in a wooded area. The rooms have been recently renovated and have a spacious bathroom. The staff are very accessible and the service is excellent.

Great spa (indoor pool with sauna) and restoration area. Very rich and beautifully prepared breakfast. The inventory of the rooms was however a bit old.

Clean, comfortable accommodation with superb service standards and facility amenities. Perfect retreat with central location for family with young children to explore attractions within 1 hour including Amersfoort Zoo 10 min, Efteling Amusement Park 1 hour, Kinderdijk Windmills Heritage Site 1 hour, National Military Museum 5 min. Swim in hotel pool is a perfect way to begin or end an active day.

Nice business hotel, spacious rooms (for Europe). Breakfast, lunch and dinner are good enough. They provide several options. Not everything is nice but enough options to choose something else. Bar itself is somewhat strange, at times understaffed which is strange if most people do not look at the prices of their drinks. Hotel inside looks great, makes up for some of the weird things.

A beautiful place to be. Close to the golf course, lots of greenery, water ... and people who talk to each other. A vegetarian lunch put together in a delicious way. Nice and friendly staff. Recommended.

To be honest, this Hilton is absolutely amazing! Ever heard stories that Hilton is a status thingy and almost faded glory. Well ... not this one!

I spent the night for 95th per night. Similar to, for example, NH hotels, but with all facilities, this hotel is well above it! #rader. Also for family with children!

Super well received by Double Tree Hilton. We celebrated a birthday with 6 people according to Corona rules. This way we could dine and have breakfast remotely. Delicious eaten; the breakfast was extensive and with live cooking. The room was fantastic with shower, bath, underfloor heating and nice views of the golf course. Worth repeating.

Been here a couple of times, turns worse over time. Last visit: Noisy room, shower with no real pressure and 30 euro fee for bringing my dog. Way to expensive for what you get.

Nicely situated hotel in the woods on a national road. Well-kept restaurant and old English-style bar / club in the basement. Sufficient facilities such as golf course, swimming pool, sauna etc ..

A nice hotel with nice clean rooms. The beds are super nice! The sauna, steam room and swimming pool are nice and clean. When our children helped the people in the hotel they were rewarded with lots of drinks and Ben and Jerry ice cream! The breakfast is delicious and very extensive! The service is friendly. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel with a very nice location. The staff is friendly and helpful. During this stay we had a renovated room. The room was very nice with a view over the golf course. The restaurant was good and has a unique concept where the vegetables play the leading role.

I was here for a conference. The location is very nice and the first impression is pretty good too. But when there was a coffee break, which was 10 minutes later than planned, the coffee and tea was not yet ready. And otherwise the staff were not really friendly. The lunch was delicious, but with the soup you barely got half a cup and the otherwise delicious fruit salad lay on flat trays so that when you brag more came next. Very clumsy chosen. In short, a number of excellent things and a number of points that should receive some attention. This should simply be better.

Employee are all Nice and stuff but the waffels were cold and the bread is a bit hard but the rooms here realy nice

Had a wonderful time. Nice for walking and it is possible to cycle. We missed two small details: no sink in the toilet and the bath foam. For the rest tip-top okay.

Air conditioning did not work, bad beds (too hard), interior fashioned ,, only thing that was really good was the setting, friendly staff and the pool.

Dated rooms and decor. Friendly and correct staff. Excellent wellness facilities and a good breakfast with very tasteless coffee. All in all a hotel that has had its best time, but otherwise just fine for a simple overnight stay.

I rarely write bad reviews and I stay in Hotels very frequently for business travel, but this Hotel is soo bad overall - it really made me lose my trust in the Hilton brand. Lets start from the beginning:<br/>- Booked a two bed room, got a double bed. That can happen and got fixed immediatly.<br/>- Empty Mini Bar, no bottled water in the room. Very unusual.<br/>- Room is very old and not renovated as advertised. Spots and cracks on the walls etc. Pretty misleading Advertisement.<br/>- The balcony is extremely dirty, not just from the weather and surroundings, which might be somewhat understandable, but cigarrette buts etc. At this point we didn't bother to tell reception anymore.<br/>- Only one ice despenser for three floors and its broken. Informing reception of this, one would expect someone to bring ice to the room. But no, they make the guests walk there. Again, this might happen in cheap Hotels, but should not happen in a pricy Hilton.<br/>- No bathrobe in the room. Reception tells us we would get them at the Spa. Spa wants to charge us for them. No comment.<br/>- Very noisy in the morning, shutting doors on the same floor sounds like the building is about to collapse.<br/>- No Powerplug in the bathroom. Do people not shave in the Netherlands?<br/>- ...<br/>That being said, the beds where great and the staff was very friendly and somewhat tried to help. Also, the Pool, Spa and Fitness is very very nice. I still would not recommend the place, especially if its for a vacation and you have to pay yourself.

Very dirty rooms. At the pool you can see the state of the ceilings this hotel does not deserve 4 stars. We had to wait for breakfast at the lobby because all the tables were occupied. I do not recommend it to anyone

Rooms are somewhat dated. I arrived on a busy weekend (came through a wedding held there), had to wait until after 5 p.m. until the room was ready, that is to put problems on the cleaners, not sympathetic. (And I was already later than I intended) Promised coffee did not come. If it is 100% occupied, you have to deploy more people, you can sit out, otherwise you will not be doing something right

Not a 5-star Hilton like The Hague and Copenhagen, they certainly score 5 stars. Certainly not a bad hotel, but at a Hilton hotel that carries 5 stars you can be critical. 4 star hotel: for sure.

Peesoneel is very friendly but the management is not. Rooms not ready on arrival. Next day rooms not cleaned. I am going to ask why she says on request for a room of 130, - per night and in this time of Corona it is precisely then that extra cleaning has to be done. Swimming pool costs 7, - pp for 1 hour of swimming. No more dark brown bread at 9 a.m. And so I can go on and on. Too bad, but I will not go here anymore.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, nice spa. The bed is a bit too hard for my taste and the drinks in the bar slightly overpriced (25 euros for two gin and tonic). Furthermore, great spacious room and bathroom. We had reserved with a view of the golf course and were first given a room with a view of the parking spaces, but this was quickly rectified.

Nice hotel, nice fitness and beautiful swimming pool. Good service, good food, but it doesn't have "je ne sais quoi" that makes a place unforgettable. So: don't make a detour for it, but enjoy it when you get there.

The hotel is in the middle of an upgrade. My room was beautiful, but that of colleagues outdated. The breakfast was tasty and extensive, the staff friendly. Recommended, especially when everything is finished soon,

This is unfortunately not a Hilton standard. Mold in the shower, frayed curtain, filthy towel with stains. Beds excellent. Breakfast served on very dirty tray. Restaurant just got a four, starter whole bag of lettuce with a few shrimps, veal with vines really can't, dessert plate of strawberry soup from the mixer; is there a cook? French fries are a side dish here (euro 5.50) and tap water is already available for euro 3.50. Fine wines, service nice and helpful. Complaints handled adequately; apologies and voucher for accommodation and dinner. Hilton goes for quality! We are going to try again; the good will is there!

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a nice size but a little dated. There is a nice pool in the hotel which we enjoyed. There is also a very nice bar area with a pool table and darts. The breakfast was very good. Location is a little far from the major cities. That said, right next door is the national military museum which was excellent. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Very good 3 star hotel. Very nice location. Good starting point for walks and bike rides. Located in the middle of the forest.
Built in 1997, renovated in 2008. Don't expect super modern bathrooms, but are good enough.
Very professional staff and friendly waitresses.

Rooms are cleaned well. Only communication at housekeeping can be improved. You will notice that working with an external club.

Problems are properly addressed and resolved as well as possible

Will definitely come back again. Maybe next time 5 stars (rating)

The room looked clean and fresh, the bed slept well with nice pillows. Yet we went home dissatisfied, there was leakage from the air conditioning under which all our electronics was worth 250 broke, received no extra service and they did not meet us at all. We got towels to get the water from the ground ourselves. The smoke report fell off during the night while we slept, power went out, many extra surcharges without being discussed, such as surcharge of 7 euros for 1 hour of swimming, deposit that is not indicated.
The hotel needs an upgrade. Too bad, we hardly ever complain, but this was problem after problem without solutions or compensation. Unfortunately not a second time for us.
