The room looked clean and fresh, the bed slept well with nice pillows. Yet we went home dissatisfied, there was leakage from the air conditioning under which all our electronics was worth 250 broke, received no extra service and they did not meet us at all. We got towels to get the water from the ground ourselves. The smoke report fell off during the night while we slept, power went out, many extra surcharges without being discussed, such as surcharge of 7 euros for 1 hour of swimming, deposit that is not indicated.
The hotel needs an upgrade. Too bad, we hardly ever complain, but this was problem after problem without solutions or compensation. Unfortunately not a second time for us.
