Great hotel, very friendly staff and the views are incredible

A beautiful hotel with amazing restaurants - top notch service - lovely staff

Love it here although service isn't great and staff need more training.

I had my cousins which came from Canada and I got them to stay at the Hotel Marvellous experience.

Have visited the Hilton on a number of occasions mostly for conferences and events. Staff and their service is top! Always very accommodating and really do their best to keep their clients satisfied. Been to their cafe for a snack on a number of occasions waiting staff is so nice and always rendering service with a smile. Food is good too. This weekend we had an exclusive gala dinner at the hotel and we were all very happy with the service and the food was to die for! Highly recommend this hotel for corporate events!

The Hilton hotel is beautiful. The staff are very kind, helpful and will always go that extra mile for you to ensure you have the best stay ever.

The hotel itself is very lovely too, with beautiful views and great layout.

You will for sure not be bored during your stay at the Hilton with multiple options for ever one to enjoy including several different swimming pools, out door jacuzzi's, indoor swimming pools, suana's, gym, tennis and squash and much more.

The Hilton hotel also makes a fantastic effort to make your stay extra special when booking your stay for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries etc. On my arrival I was treated with a glass of champagne to wish us a happy birthday, followed by the room being made extra special which was incredibly kind and made it all the worth while.

If your looking for a lovely location for a wedding, baby shower, business trip, etc then the Hilton is the perfect place.

There is parking at the Portamosa carpark, which has lift to take to you straight up to the Hilton hotel.

Just spent the weekend at this amazing place....pleasant from start to finish!! The only upsetting moment is having to leave, it was just not long enough!
New decor, impeccable service and facilities make this Hotel the number 1 place to stay in Malta. Well done to all the staff and thank you for the professional and courteous welcome received by the reception staff and Duty Manager!

We stayed here for 2 nights in March and we were extremely impressed. We booked it as it was fairly cheap compared to similar hotels and was therefore surprised by how good everything was.

On check in the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We were upgraded to an executive room which apart from being huge and very modern also allowed us to access to the executive lounge (as we are hh gold). The exec lounge was great for drinks and nibbles between 6 and 8.

It was my birthday and the bed in the room was made up with a banner etc, we also got birthday cake delivered on both days.

Breakfast was good with a huge range of food. Being able to sit outside was also a welcome surprise in March but it was quite sheltered.

Parking was also fine, I was worried after some other reviews but we just drove straight in and found a space and the hotel gave us the voucher to pay each day.

All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Swimingpool amazing, great service...the guest so so.

Being a visitor of Hilton Malta since it's reopening I have always held high expectations for its service and products. Last Sunday I was disappointed. After spending a 100 at the spa and a further 60 at the lobby ( where the food was anything but satisfactory) I asked if the staff could validate my parking ticket. The waiter politely said it had to be done at reception. Upon going to reception they said they couldn't validate it as we didn't eat at a restaurant but just at the lobby. Please note we had three lunches not just a coffee. The receptionist called the spa to check if we had really been to the spa and then validated the ticket. Was that really necessary? This isn't the type of service the hotel has prided itself with in the past and if it is to continue this way it won't have a bright future.

Went there for dinner while staying at the westin. Looked like a newer and even nicer hotel than the westin which was lovely.

The overall experience is outstanding. Staff, level of service and facilities seek to provide the best and succeed in spades. We have tried other hotels and this is definitely the most satisfying.

Niice Beach Club Pool area, good service and family enviroment

Fantastic place, staff all really friendly and helpful nothing is too much. Food was very nice. Didn't have any complaints apart from we couldn't stay longer !

Great hotel! Clean rooms, helpful staff and an awesome hotel restaurant! The only thing I didn't like were loud parties by the pool and high Internet prices.

A nice Hilton hotel at St Julians, situated by the sea. The hotel is a big one, built in the last 20 years and holds a multifloor undergound parking. The hotel has a number of restaurants and also some halls for conferences. There are also a casino and a yacht marina to complete this hotel. There are indoor and outdoor pools. The service is very good.

If my husband hadn't been on a conference in the hotel we'd never booked a room in there, I guess. I stayed in many hotels of every category all over the world, but this was definitely my worst 5-star-hotel experience. It started with a receptionist who wanted to add something to our invoice as we checked-in, if I hadn't shown her our booking confirmation. The breakfast lady didn't want me to enter the breakfast area 2 minutes after the breakfast had officially ended although the buffets were already completely stuffed, and the room was full of guests having their breakfast. After a short discussion she let me in, and the breakfast was still going on for at least half an hour ... The stuff besides the cleaning ladies! was pretty arrogant. Our room was ok-ish, but definitely not worth 5 stars, more average 3 stars. It was pretty dark with a mini balcony. I'm really sorry, but even most of the smallest and simplest B&Bs I stayed in so far were better than the Hilton in Malta.

The view is good, too.
I went to sleep comfortably.

Incredible stay. Perfect location near to the marina and some fab restaurants. We felt so pampered. The staff and hotel in general for us was faultless. The Spa is wonderful and the food was delicious. Lovely efficient friendly staff in every position held there that we met. Loved our seaview room! Our favourite hotel! 5 star for sure!

Greatly blended location, great pools and restaurants. The marine complex around the hotel raises the experience. The tap water was desalinized (the characteristic of the whole of Malta)

All exceptional. Spotless with cozy rooms where nothing is missing. Excellent and varied food. Even the staff very professional and kind. Pool indoor and outdoor pool, gym, spa, hair salon. For those who go to Malta recommended.

Beautiful 5-star hotel with swimming pools near the sea and a few steps away from the casino and with a view on a palm tree.

Hotel is situated in Portomaso in the St Julian part of Malta. It is within 30 mins bus ride to Valletta and 20 mins by taxi. It is also easy to arrive from the airport and as a base to visit Mdina (30 mins by taxi)
The hotel itself is in great condition. The indoor pool was great.
The gym was a bit of a let down from the rest of the hotel with a limited set of weights and other equipment.
The staff was very welcoming. Overall a great place to stay in Malta.

Stayed here for a conference. Amazing food, great hospitality and well maintained rooms. The pools and proximity to beach as well as clubs was really good too..

Luxurious, great views, fitness center also for non-hotel guests

The design is very cool. I would love to stay there if I had the money. The service for breakfast was amazing. The selection for breakfast is very impressive, lot to choose from.

Nice location, almost unobstructed view over sea, hotel integrated in Portomaso marina. Very friendly and attentive service, good rooms (choose 'Sea View'), large pool area. Nice hotel bar.

A very nice and quiet hotel very close to Pacceville. It has a restaurant "The blue Elephant" that is set in Thailand and the dishes are very good

Excellent... everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. If I was to be ultra critical, I would say the main restaurant is too small to handle breakfast at peak times, as the queues can be over 10 minutes long.

It must be ordered. Quite old, nothing to do with Hilton in any other country.

Beautifull Hotel, very nice personal services. Restaurant are very good same as the breakfast which is really big! Sadly there were no pancakes...only mini waffles

This hotel has a wonderful bar on the marine view. It makes me so relaxed at the afternoon or at the evening with very nice musics.

Just a great hotel. I was here on business with a large number of colleagues for a few days and the meeting and conference rooms were in perfect condition, even if, as almost always everywhere, a bit too cold. My super clean room was very large with a beautiful sea view, a comfortable king-size bed and a very large bathroom with a separate toilet. Everything was in very good condition. The breakfast buffet in the Oceana restaurant is just as rich and varied as the lunch and dinner buffets. The quality of the food is very good.
The service throughout the hotel is extremely friendly, helpful and professional.
The location right by the sea is great and you can take a taxi to the hotel from the airport.
The outside area is very large and spacious.
A hotel, almost too good for a business trip and absolutely recommendable!

Room is spacious and clean. Good breakfast. It was all good.
Sound insulation is not so good. The sound of the baby on and off ... The breakfast omelet is really delicious!

I was here from 10-14 April , booking 2 rooms. Today we fly very late in the night. Because we are with small children with us, I was asking the reception to let us to keep one of the room until 8 PM . They told me, because of the policy of the hotel I have to pay one more night!!!! I check in booking to see if the hotel it s so busy but I discovered they have lots of room available! Never come back here!

We had a weekend break here with our two small kids and it was great. Its very family friendly. The staff are friendly, everything is clean, the measures against Covid-19 are in place. We spent a lot of time near the pool and really enjoyed it.

One of the best holiday hotel, one can enjoy with family

We've been here for a few days. A beautiful and very clean hotel. A wonderful location. Delectable staff. Do not get attached to it. Large rooms cleaned daily. Rich breakfasts. Beautiful pools. Wonderful views from the window to the pools and the sea. Private marina. Very well connected place with all Malta. I would highly recommend. We will be back if we are in Malta .

Have been staying at the Hilton Portomaso for over a decade..an excellent hotel with great amenities, personnel and location. Best hotel on the Island for business and pleasure
