Hilton Lexington Downtown Review

Best hotel pool! We had a great view, and the staff was friendly.

I fly for a living and in hotels over a hundred and 50 nights a year. This is a nice hotel. it is very comfortable ideally located downtown with a wonderful staff. One of the best waiters mark and the chef Jason are actually wonderful and exceptional in their customer service. I always look forward to overnight in Lexington and staying at this hotel

Had breakfast with my family before leaving town. They hosted an a event at the Hilton. The staff was very warm and inviting.

Not what I'd expect from a hotel in downtown Lexington

Our first morning we ordered room service, Sandy from the Triangle Grill delivered our food. She noticed one of the Coffees was missing and corrected the problem quickly. Sandy noticed we were having trouble getting around and said when we finish the food, call her and she would pick it up rather than us having to put the tray in the hall.... Outstanding! Great view of public ice skating out our hotel window.

Small airport that's never too busy. It's never taken me more than 20 minutes or so to get through security even at busy times of the year. Decent food options for it's size. Drop offs and pickups can get a little backed up though. Not many luggage returns so multiple flights go to the same one. Not always clear which flight's luggage you're looking at but it's not really been a huge issue.

Rooms are ok. No fridge or microwave in rooms. Bathrooms are small. AC is running constantly but barely able to keep room coolish.

Parking here is rip off i paid twice 10$ never received change back when i call them they hang up on phone and telling me to go to front desk dont recommend this parking place just rip off if you dont have change.

After a crazy few days of travel, the Hilton was more than accommodating during my stay! I needed conference rooms for the entire 5 night stay and they worked with me every step of the way. After explaining my situation of extending a 5 day trip to 10, they gave me access to the laundry room and Executive Level and this is where I was able to meet Chad; what an amazing guy he is! He made our stay well worth it and I will continue to use Hilton because of this!

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I felt like I stepped back into the 90's when I stepped in my room. This is the closest thing to the Bates Motel...absolutely horrible!

Parking spaces were very small and caused a lot of people to take up two spots.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. The entire staff was polite, kind, helpful, and offered prompt service. 10 out of 10.

My favorite hotel in Lexington great location and friendly staff!

Rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean, check in is easy. The TV is small and dated, there is no refrigerator in the room. The beds are average, not great, but I slept OK. Overall a good stay, but nothing extraordinary. I had a better experience at another hotel in the area than the Hilton. I recommend going tot he Gourmet cafe on the pedestrian walkway for breakfast, the cost is much cheaper than the hotel restaurants.

We ate at the hotel bar. The food and drinks were good though a bit overpriced. Service was good even when the place was packed.

Friendly staff! Hotel has musty smell throughout. Will stay elsewhere next time.

I have been playing phone tag for 3 months and just today they inform me they cannot help me with a block of rooms for November.

Have stayed multiple times and always had a great experience.

Passing through the town for work. Spent night here. Front staff was helpful.
Room was clean and spacious. Many cafes,bar and restaurants within walking distance.

My family and I came to this location for brunch after my intimate, morning wedding. It was FABULOUS! Anthony and Shawn took care of every little detail to make our day very special. They set up a small room for us to dine in, decorated it, made suggestions for an even better experience, and were so kind and attentive to our every need. It was very affordable, but exquisitely and professionally done. The way we were treated would have made you think we were spending a fortune. The food was excellent, and the wait staff was superb. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting brunch with friends or a luncheon for a big event. Thank you, Hilton, for making my wedding day memorable

Very professional, delicious food served and amazing atmosphere

Our stay here was great. I've never stayed in a cleaner hotel!!! I'm a real germaphobe and, for me to be relaxed enough to enjoy my stay says alot!! The room was equipped with all my needs! If I had to complain "which I truly can't" I'd say add at least one more chair to the room! There was 3 of us and, when we ate in our room one of us had to eat on the bed! I'm sure if I would have ask they would have accommodated because the staff was super friendly!!!

Didn't stay, but the ballrooms and lobby were nice and complementary.

The room was next to the ice machine which wasn't fun when late night people were making a lot of noise. The staff was friendly though, and the room was very clean. The toilet would make a loud screeching noise when flushed too.

Accommodations were professional and classy. we felt Comfort without being overdone. No gaudiness. I highly recommend the Hilton. Everything seemed to be in its place and everything was clean and neat. The price was fair. The help was definitely tuned to the needs of the guests. If you were in Lexington I would recommend the Hilton

Attended a trade show at this location. They provide awesome service for the event and show vendors.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Lexington. Numerous restaurants & shops close by with attached walking tunnels for inclement weather. Be sure to have an omelet made by Avis... she's a master of her craft!!

Staff was very nice, room was clean with a great view!

If you like clean, comfortable rooms that are ready at the time of your scheduled arrival, don't book here.

Great location and incredible views of downtown Lexington

Disappointed in this property. Didn't get upgraded with diamond status. No breakfast vouchers. Service wasnt great either.

My family and I stayed here after my cousins wedding and we had a blast hanging out in the lobby areas and the bar.

I delivered a pizza there to the eighteenth floor. Guy gave me a nice tip. Cool dude. I'm filling this out because Google sent me a survey and is giving me Google play credit in exchange.

James, in Engineering, responded to my cry to be warmer in my room. He saved the visit by providing a space heater! The cold weather was extreme ... for a Texan to deal with.

When to the Hilton for a wedding reception. The event was nice and the food was good. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice. The hotel offeres wifi but be warned only 3 users per room, and the quality was not great. It was better to use data to watch the Olympics than use their wifi. Parking also costs separate.

The bar prices r way over the top.... $14 for bourbon and coke.

Hotel is right downtown! Very close to great local food options. Very friendly staff, and clean rooms. Beautiful view as well. Lots of city noise at night, so bring headphones.

Under renovation on our floor. Bigg Blue Martini bar in hotel not friendly, food is average. Hotel staff not friendly, so not an enjoyable weekend for our anniversary. Probably will not visit this hotel again.

The room was adequate, but nothing special. I've definitely stayed in better hotels. I would not stay here again. No fridges or microwaves in the room. We made our reservations a month before our stay, for wedding block. They lost our reservations. While waiting at the counter to ask a question I heard them speaking to another person. They lost their reservation also. Speaking to several people this seems to be a common occurance.

We are hilton honors members and did not get points for our stay.

Kind helpful staff for a person needing a little help but not staying at the hotel. If that is an indication of how they operate I would be comfortable there.

Check in took forever it seems...the rooms weren't ready for us when we arrived. No fridge in the rooms but rooms were clean except for the ice bucket which house keeing forgot to clean. Otherwise it was ok.

Went to a bridal show. The event rooms were great for the vendors. They were able to keep the temperature in the rooms at normal levels even though there were many many people there.

In for a conference and having a pleasant experience. Not enough outlets to accommodate laptops in our conference room, but otherwise a nice location. Good location.

Housekeeping was not good had to ask for clean towels and our room picked up.

The hvac in the room sucks. The first night there was no control of the unit. It was set on 60 and it was probably 75 in the room.

This my first review ever. Travel to Lexington once a year. Decided to stay downtown and chose the Hilton based on reviews. Extremely unhappy with everything here but most importantly the housekeeping. No one came to clean room EVER after being here for 3 days. Ridiculous! Air conditioning did not work and the restaurant was out of everything on there menu. Very unhappy, Never again.

Had great time over there. Amazing view from the room, bed is so comfortable and food is delicious. Starbucks coffee in the lounge

Nice rooms, great spot in the heart of downtown Lexington.

The hotel was very nice and the area around it very promising. However there was a mildew stench that did not dissipate and it was fairly strong.

Nice hotel. Pretty lobby. Easy access to parking garage and hotel. Room was spacious.
