Fantastic stay for 3 night stay for work. Brand new hotel so rooms are immaculate and very well finished. My room had some imperfections where the sockets had dropped slightly but overall room as great.

The fitness room in the hotel is small and any frequent gym enthusiasts may have to get creative using the dumbbells and cable machine.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming when I came into the hotel.

Breakfast was included with the stay and was just what is needed for a quick in and out breakfast to start the day.

Would recommend the hotel and will be suggesting to any of my colleagues visiting the site.

I booked a room here and the receptionist was rude. With everything going on, he could of been a bit nicer. I even asked if I could get a refund from this hotel and they said they won't give it to me

Room service breakfast was inconsistent with amount and certain items. Not a strong point. From a were clean.

I adore this spot! They prepare superb dishes, they have a rich menu, The cook in that restaurant is an expert, I like very much tasting all their food. The dishes are always tasty, the service towards the clients is helpful. I visit often this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. Highly recommended.

We got married on 26th January 2020 at the hotel and would like to take this opportunity to thank some people

Firstly we would like to thank Eileen for her assistance in the organisation of the wedding before the day. Everything we requested from Eileen was actioned straight away in a clear and organised fashion.

On the day Vadim was very helpful in regards to the media connections and making sure connectivity with the hotels PA system worked. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful to our guests as well as very clean rooms and excellent breakfast.

Lastly we would like to mention Micheal. He was absolutely outstanding in every way, he looked after the guests with professionalism, care and attention to every detail. I personally had to ask for many things and he always kept me updated throughout the day with every detail. Micheal went out of his way to make our day very special and he really does deserve rewarding by the hotel as we could not fault him in any way.

Thank you to Hilton Hotels for a wedding that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Very comfortable hotel. Large beds in rooms with air conditioning and shower in a wet room. Shame there was no bath, but the high quality breakfast more than made up for it. Bar downstairs has outdoor seating. Hope to return

have stayed couple of nights in this hotel, let me talk briefly about the pros and cons during my stay.

First of all I will talk about Cons:

1- After checked in I found out the room has no mini bar and I have asked for it and they bring one next day and they place it on inappropriate place even it has a better place where it should. 2- They don t offer amenities in the toilet not even a slipper and I asked for it and they bring one.
3- They don t offer a complimentary water, at least during check in as most 4 star hotels around the world!
4- They don t change Bed Sheets every third nights as said on their official website, they don t care of the quality of the toilet cleaning nor the new bed sheets cleaning where I notice some spots on them, and they don t refill tissues daily.
5- The disturbance of housekeeping in the early morning make it uncomfortable, plus the doors has no soundproof.
6- During night Christmas the fire alarm goes off on the middle of night, and I don t receive any written apologies for inconvenience!

8- Last night after talking with some receptionist about my stay, once I leave she was saying to her colleague that This guy want everything straight... well I found that some of them need training as they don t know how to deal with guests.
9- The shower stream is so low, and the room lights is not adjusted as it should.

Now let s talk about Pros:
1- The Hotel is new and modern.
2- It located in a great place near from malls, shops, bus stations, train station,and river.
3- Kindness of some staff/ receptionist and bartender.
4- The bed is comfy.
5- The warm DT cookies.
6- Late check out.

A lovely venue, the room we were in was of a very decent size, with a lovely bar area attached

Lovely corner room with balcony and nice views over KOT. Great breakfast and generously priced wine at hotel bar. Very comfortable stay. Only drawback is difficult and expensive parking

Great location, nearby at least 5 different and amazing routes to go running along the Thames and Bushy Park!

i didnt like the staff behaviour behaved strangely way. seems they don't have much work to do. rooms are too small

Clean and modern. Upgrade on arrival as Hilton Honors member. Very polite friendly and helpful staff. Good location towards the main car park opposite bentalls Centre (near TGI Friday). Only negative is there is no hotel parking. You need to use the one opposite and pay for overnight stay - downside there is it is shut between 10pm and 7am so if you need an early start with your car, be aware and you'll have to move your car to the street. For us this was a minor issue as we had a late start on the Saturday so it didn't spoil our stay. Would stay again!

Stayed here for business for 3 days midweek. The rooms are great. Really comfortable and cosy. I stayed on the 2nd floor, which is the same floor as the gym. I was as far away from the gym as possible, but the sound of the treadmill at 6am still travelled and managed to wake me up. Breakfast is a buffet style, but everything is well cooked and warm. Only one machine for coffee/tea, which at busier times can be annoying. Overall, a nice hotel in a great location - only 5 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants

The best service I have ever received genuine staff who are willing to go above and beyond to ensure the best experience you can possibly have I will be returning and strongly recommend 5 stars is an understatement.

Excellent views overlooking the Thames, across is canary wharf in all its majesty. Very near the pier so you can simply slide into a clipper and be off on the waterway taking the best of London in your sights. Great staff and service, highly recommended.

Clean and tidy. Typical hotel food.
There are no bathroom sets standard for hotels (brush, sticks, comb). No bottle opener.
The food is ok
Far to the subway, little entertainment area. Arrival in Heatrow about 35 minutes in the morning by taxi.

Started well but got progressively worse.

The good: Check-in was superb, we recieved a really warm welcome from the front desk staff. The rooms were large, modern and comfortable. The "digital key" works well and the hotel is only a 2 minute walk from Kingstons shopping mall. There is a real health and fitness vibe around the area, which personally I loved.

The bad: Breakfast service is poor. We weren't asked for a hot drink on both mornings that we attended breakfast. The "select a room" feature on the app didn't work so we ended up in a room without a bath - our 8 month old hasn't quite learnt how to take a shower yet I'm afraid. Also, quite bizarrely, despite making it clear on the booking that our child was 8 months old and we needed as much space as possible, the hotel decided to fill half of our "suite" by setting up the sofa bed. Either they could forsee me and the mrs having a domestic or they expect infants these days to shower and sleep in a bed at 8 months.

The hotel looks large on the images, but felt small inside. It seems that the majority of the photographed building is actually a separate apartment block.

Finally, parking. The recommended car park opposite the hotel closes at 11pm and is not accessible until the early morning. This lead to a fairly poor service experience, where we returned to the hotel at 2am after having to take our daughter to A&E. Hoping to speak with a kind face after an incredibly stressful night, my partner was told fairly bluntly that there is nothing the hotel could do. Poorly child in arms, she was told that we would have to park in a town centre carpark around 10-15 minutes walk away or get a ticket if we stayed outside the hotel. This was said to my partner while I was outside keeping the car running and I find it disgraceful that an employee of Hilton would suggest that a young woman walk through London at 2am with a young child. Obviously when she told me I sent them both up to the room while I went off in search of a car park myself.

All in all, a nice hotel with modern rooms, set in a fantastic part of London (Kingston), let down by a lack of customer care.

Double Tree by Holton at Kingston by Thames is at nice location. Very calm and no hustle bustle. Reception staff are very friendly and you do not have to wait to get help. There is a nice bar & restaurant. Kingston train station is just at walking distance. Bentalls mall is across the railway track. There are nice restaurants at walking distance. Overall we were happy that we stayed at this hotel.

Popped in for coffee special Friday offer 1 cup. Great coffee quick service. Good luck.

Brand new 4 star hotel, rooms very well appointed, beds comfortable. Restaurant a particular highlight - although menue options were restricted due to soft opening, the food that was served was faultless and the wine a perfect match.

Very well located for public transport.

I would like to say the stay was perfect, especially in light of the current climate! The staff were friendly, happy upbeat and courteous and professional as always. The hotel was sparkling clean! The room was impeccable, and incredibly comfortable, the suprise in the room for my partner was really special too. So I would like to say thank you to all the staff at the hotel for such and excellent stay!

Excellent modern hotel, clean rooms with up to date facilities reasonable bar and restaurant. Great location in the centre of Kingston and only a few minutes from the Railway Station means you are just 30 minutes from London Waterloo.

The interior is clean and convenient to go to downtown London.

Good quality accommodation, unfortunately it got pricier over time and for that reason I reduced by 1 star.
Good location with access to Bentall's shopping and restaurants. Near Sainsbury's as well.

There is also off street parking (limited to 2 hours) that can be used at night.
Hotel staff is very nice, everyone is very friendly and professional. Any issue (which is rare) staff will go the lengths to resolve and really tries to resolve very quickly.
Overall I highly rate the hotel, had many pleasant stays there and I am returning regularly - almost weekly.
I would highly recommend.

Overall a lovely hotel with a nice atmosphere and generally friendly staff. Evening meal wasn't as warm as I'd expect when served.

It's a tad expensive but the interior is done really well....it's got a strong London style feel to the place.

Beautiful room, amazing bed. The shower was heavenly and the cookie on arrival was a lovely touch. Location is great, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Kingston, yet far away enough to enjoy a good rest.

I had my wedding venue in double,everything was great,thanks a lot to double tree staff...

Visited for a morning meeting. Sat in lobby's seating area as breakfast was underway. Perfectly comfortable setting.

If I could have given Hawkers Bar & Brasserie 0 stars I would have, but that wasn't an option.

There was NO GREETING on arrival.
NO SERVICE at all for 45 minutes after arrival (for a booked "Alice in Wonderland" Afternoon Tea for my daughter's birthday).
there was NO DRINK offered, NOT EVEN WATER, in that time.

When the finally offered drinks there wasn't any "normal" ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA as they had ran out of it ONLY earl grey or fruit teas were offered!

The sandwiches were hastily made as the chef wasn't aware of our afternoon tea booking!
(Cakes, not home made, ok)

We drank champagne with the food as the tea didn't arrive till we'd virtually finished the food.
We had to ask for glasses, plates and cutlery!

It was AWFUL experience all round - definitely NO magical Alice in Wonderland experience at all.

Surprisingly, the check out time is an hour earlier than most of other Hilton or Doubletree even in London

+ The double bed was actually two single beds attached which was very disappointing

The staff were very accommodating, and the cleanliness was on point. I have to say Esteban who was on the front desk assisting us was very delightful and continuously helpful for the stay!

A pleasing enough hotel but parking there is a nightmare.

A comedy of errors made the hotel stay challenging. What was remarkable was how the Management dealt with five separate issues promptly, effectively and professionally.

Well first of all Double Tree is my favorite of Hilton Hotel group.... because of the original and stylish designs.
And this one proved that again.
Feels very comfy and homey from the moment you walk in.
Super friendly staff and smooth check in check out.
And really nice rooms and bed, I slept like a baby. Which is what I came for

Perfect stop to rest between Heathrow and Gathwic airports, right in the middle.

No on site parking which is a bit of a pain and instructed to park in a multistorey nearby which when you turn up has signs saying no parking overnight. Anyway, we ignored them and all was fine.

Room was way to hot for us and AC struggled to bring it down to a reasonable temperature (automatically turns itself off too after a period).

Decour was lovely, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good so not all bad.

Nice atmosphere and good food at the Doubletree by Hilton in Kingston. It's very close to the heart of the town but very quiet, as it's close to the river. Love visiting it!

Great location outside of London. Within a 5 minutes walk there are great places to eat and shop. Also, about a 5 minutes walk to the Kingston station that takes you to downtown London. They have an amazing breakfast bar with a lot to offer. The people here are very friendly and will be nothing short of amazing.
