Hardware replace cause OS crush. I leave to replace my Dell laptop keyboard. But their incompetent staff distroyed operating system. As a result Data on partition C is lost. Tom boy from Bar street service center deny without hasitation by saying "your window may have error". So i pay for keyboard replacing fee and take back my laptop without Operating System. Restore my OS and everything with my company IT expert and he said it is very unprofessional to crush OS by replacing hardware. Pressing power key repeately is the cause on this kind of window crush.
