Let me start by saying that I wanted no part of flying across the country to go to a "school" to learn about Finance. I felt that I was already pretty successful and really didn't need someone else's opinion on how to do my job. I have been to a couple rah rah sales seminars and I always felt like the people that were teaching the course or giving the seminar couldn't make it in the F&I box (those who can't do, teach). There were all these slick sayings or word tracks that might work on 1 of 100 gullible people.
I could not be happier that I was forced to go!!! This was 5 days of intense training and I was glued to every second of it. Right off the bat you could tell that things were going to be different. Dwayne and Joe could keep the attention of stray cats in a chicken coop. Their training was laser focused on the process of how to create a successful finance presentation. Compliance, options, objections and much more were discussed in a way that you were familiar with, but at the same time, maybe didn't do any more or didn't do quite right. They asked great questions and created very life like scenarios that you wanted to participate in. The entire class was very professional, yet surprisingly, very fun. There was a great sense of camaraderie and friendly competition in the class. Having 20 or so others with the same interests and goals made that quite easy. After the first class, the first day, we were all talking about getting together at the hotel where most of us stayed to take a quick dinner break and then stick together to stud a bit. By the end of the class we were all cheering each other on and swapping info so that we could stay in touch in the future.
Thanks to everyone involved for this experience. It's already paying off! Please let me know when other classes are offered. I would love to do it again!!!
Sincerely,
