We drove over from Snohomish to buy a motorcycle. The whole experience was well worth it. Cody had the bike ready to go when we got there, Summer was ready for us to sign the financing paperwork and Cat and Jesse were both very helpful with our purchases of gear etc. I can t say enough on how nice everyone was and how fast it was to pick up our new bike and get back on the road home. THANKS Wenatchee Powersports. You have a awesome team of employees.

Bad customer service. I purchased new here and had a issue with my product which they never resolved. Never heard back from the person i worked with. They also hardly stock common parts.

This is by far one of the best places to buy your Powersports in the PNW. They have great customer service, an excellent service department, and the parts manager is very knowledgeable along with his parts team. Not to mention a great sales team. When entering the building there is always someone to great you with a smile and they are ready to help with any Powersports need. Highly recommended and hope you all buy here.

my seadoo would not perform when under load and after telling them that it would start, idle and go approx. 15-20 mph after I changed out the gas, plugs and oil I felt the carbs needed cleaning or to be rebuilt which took care of this problem in the past. I was told they would get to it within 4 days. After a week I called and they handed started anything. A few days later I called and was told they took it out and found it would start idle and get up to 20mph but failed when under load. When I told them I had explained the exact same thing when I dropped it off they said it seemed like a fuel problem and they recommended I take it to Doghouse Motorsport who works on Seadoo. So after 10 days I was given back my PWC in the same condition after being told they could work on the carbs and also charged $54 to tell me exactly the same diagnosis I told them when I dropped it off. I will never be going back there.

Wow! These guys went way above and beyond to keep me rolling! My tires should have lasted me through the WABDR and at least into Seattle. But my rear tire on the 1200GSAdventure was toast and I knew wouldn t get me through the BDR even. I rolled into their shop and in spite of their 4 week backlog, they found a way to make it happen. They had my tire. They had it mounted and me back on the trail in an hour and a half. A big 5star thank you to their team for understanding my dilemma in the middle of my 4,000 mile trip and keeping me rolling.

Did not have what i wanted, but was very helpful and tried hard to satisfy me with some other stores that may have what I needed.

This review is both good and bad.

Took my Polaris Pro in for what I hoped was a drive shaft bearing but it turned out to be much worse and needed a full engine rebuild. They gave me a quote and went to work. After a couple of weeks they called and told me it was going to cost even more which was frustrating but understandable. I wasn t in a huge hurry to get it back but after 2 and half months in the shop I was getting frustrated, especially because the only updates I got were when I called in to ask about the status. When it was finally ready and they started to load it on the trailer I noticed that the front bumper was chipped in multiple places and the exhaust heat shield was nearly torn off. Both must have occurred while moving it around in their service holding area. That s the bad.

Now the good. Later that night I got a call from the owner and he personally apologized and told me that he was going to make it right. He replaced the bumper and heat shield and threw in a nice additional bonus. They had everything done within 2 days. I was very pleased with the response. I understand accidents happen, but the response to an accident is what counts and the owner made it right. Also, the rest of the crew was very nice and understanding. I will continue to bring them my business, but I recommend giving the customer more updates throughout the process on a job that large.

This crew of amazing, professional and dedicated motorcycle allies made space and time for me at the end of their busy work day when I arrived on a trip down from Canada with a nail in my rear tire. They went above and beyond - and had me back on the road just before closing time! Thanks, eh!

Nice dealership, I recommend dropping by especially if you need a new Polaris or a KTM bike.

I brought in my 90 s Polaris snowmobile to Adam and Moses and they did an awesome job. I ended up flooding the engine pretty heavily after riding it and they were kind enough to take it back in and let me know how to prevent it in the future.

So, to be short with it, last year we bought a new motorcycle, the experience with the old management was awful. Now things are completely different, new family took over the store and you can tell they want to make previous customers happy!

Came in from a local wildfire with a cracked UTV wheel rim that needed replacement immediately . I was promptly and courteously attended to by three different service reps to assure that I got the right replacement. Their service department also dropped everything and swapped out the rim within 20 minutes. Big props to these guys, especially Moises for settling up the cumbersome payment side of things. Highly recommend...

Late addition to review... came back later in the day once we realized the wheel rim didn t fit the unit (Because I originally told them wrong model year). The same service folks gladly refunded the entire bill from the morning despite it being my error. They even swapped the correct tire onto the spare rim at no cost. Couldn t be more impressed with the customer service here. Thanks again guys!

Was in the middle of riding the WA BDR and ran into some issues with my rear brake on my Moto Guzzi Stelvio 1200. Also due to the rugged terrain going my pannier system was coming loose and a few bolts sheered off.
The service team at WPS was awesome in getting me going again with the needed repairs. Super friendly and of course knowledgeable.
Don't hesitate to get your service there. Also they have a great selection of fun machines and accessories. Thank you guys!

I like this place better than the moses LK one. Plus i have a guy hes a nice man to work with hes seems pretty cool guy.

Wide variety of ATVs I was looking for, quality, price ranges , even attachments I wanted to see- snow removal blade.

Nathan was extremely helpful in purchasing our first PWC and fun ticket item for my wife and I. We were originally looking to buy a new jetski but with pricing we decided to buy used. Still cautious about a used purchase, we knew and understood the risks of buying used. The jetski, only having 56 hours in the engine and buying from a Certified Yamaha business, I thought we were going to be ok. Before we left the facility the knob to turn the gas from on/off/reserve was off and I have to turn this with plyers. The first day out on the water after using for 45 minutes, exhaust warning lights come on and ski shuts down in middle of the lake. We gently cruised back to the launch 30 minutes away. I googled the problem and seems like a catalytic converter issue. I KNEW buying used would be an issue. Not sure how much this fix is going to cost but truly disappointed with this.

Good place, much nice than the honda shop employees. The prices are a little steep, but that's to be expected at a place like this.

I bought my quad in January 2019 from the prior owners. My first service, under the prior owners was a rip off. I was charged $120 for an oil change and a brake adjustment that was needed because it wasn't done during the presale setup. Under the new ownership, I had them check the wiring for a winch I bought over the Web and installed myself. There was no charge! I am happy to say that the dealership has taken a 180 degree change for the better! Check out Wenatchee Powersports, they are awesome!

I was jamming through the Washington BDR and needed a new back tire. I camped on Mission Ridge near Beehive knowing that Wenatchee Powersport was my only shot and the best KTM dealer on this route. I rolled into the parking lot at the moment the crew opened. Service rep and I picked a tire and the swap began.

This shop fully supports riders that are on route/trail and makes a priority.

A bit later, I was back on the BDR with a new back tire.

This place is amazing. We shopped everywhere trying to find what we wanted. Like every dealer, Wenatchee didn't have the product either... What they did do is locate the units we wanted and went and picked them all up so we could come right to the dealership and get them all in one location. Not another dealer within 500 miles in any direction of Spokane even offered that up. We wont shop anyplace else ever. The owner and his whole team were awesome to work with!

I have never purchased at Wenatchee Powersports but the few times I've been in to look at bikes/atvs/sxs etc, they have been very helpful, kind and have went out of their way to answer the many questions I've had. From the owner to the service dept, all have been outstanding.
They were never pushy and I never felt any pressure to buy. I appreciate that relaxed experience.
I should be ready to buy by next spring and they will be the first place I consider. :)

Great showroom and friendly staff. Had insurance work done on a bike that was stolen and vandalized. I look forward to purchasing my next bike directly from this dealership as they met all of my expectations.

After waiting some time to purchase a new bike I didn t hesitate to go to Wenatchee Powersports for my new adventure bike. Randy was quick to greet us and explain the few questions we had in regards to the KTM 890 R we were looking to purchase. I came back a week later and once again Randy was quick to welcome us and we began the process of buying our KTM. It was a completely painless, quick, and thorough sale. Everyone from the gals in the finance room to the guys in the back of the shop were a pleasure to work with. The entire Wenatchee Powersports team goes above and beyond including staying late to ensure I would be able to take my bike home the same day. I look forward to continuing years of sales and service with this dealership. Once again thanks from a happy customer!

Amazing service! The staff is awesome and you can tell they love their job, and all the vehicles they deal with. They can do a service on just about anything, and always have a great selection of toys to look at/purchase.

No follow up in sales and parts! Brandon (Owner) watched an employee being rude to a customer and said, I have to deal with what I have because I can t find good help! Poor leadership. Go to Clem s! He takes care of customers and manages his staff well.

Want to give a special thanks to Cody. He had everything ready to go. Process was smooth and easy. Was in and out in 30min. Bike worked flawlessly. Very impressed with overall customer service inside store as well. Helped me pick out some gear as well. Just hands down a good experience altogether. I will definitely be willing to come back and do business again.

Nice facility. Was debating between three bikes, Powersports had two so naturally I went there to decide. The salesman was nice and straight up, but told me I couldn't test drive unless I was going to buy. Found it odd he didn't try to help me compare or let an in market buyer test ride.

Service department really stepped it up for me and got my kids rear tire mounted even though they have a stacked schedule.Young guy up front was sharp.

The crew at WPS is fantastic! I had one of the best buying experiences here when I picked up a new snowmobile - the team was extremely helpful, accommodating and made the process, quick, easy and painless. Due to the pandemic and living in a high risk household, they helped me do everything virtually (with the exception of the final paperwork signing). I will definitely be buying through these folks in the future!

I took my dirtbike wheels and tires down with some new wheels and tires i needed laced and mounted. There was a small hiccup as to when they were going to be done and I had plans to go riding that weekend. Wenpow worked hard and made it happen, new wheels and tires are ready to go for this weekend. Couldn't be happier they went out of their way to get my rims setup in time for my ride, thanks wenpow!
