Nothing is bad. But for the first time, I heard that bathrobes, slippers, etc. still charge a bit.

Unclear pricing and bad ventilation. Peaceful location. Pretty pool.

Like almost all Hilton hotels, the quality is very high. High professionalism at the reception, excellent breakfast and internal quality restaurant. The only flaw that makes you lose in my opinion a star is the setting up of the rooms that would require a renewed. They are at least 20 years old. Not all rooms have a view of the bay, so if you want it, accertateneve before. Covered parking at 20 per night, in the winter I would say fundamental.

Ideally located by the seafront hotel. No. 4 Trams are right next to the city center and can be reached in 20 minutes. Comfortable rooms, the hotel is already starting to be a little bit in need of renovation. Breakfast rooms too small, terrible crowd. During the summer, swimming pools can be swim in the pools, which was the best thing to visit.

Decent hotel, rooms are big enough with comforting bed and furniture. Nice location as it s near to sea and has few restaurants nearby.

Helpful staff; provided easy guidance into the city by tram. Rooms were spotless and view of the sea spectacular. Wifi was excellent.

Tasty restaurant. The hotel needs refreshing. It has a decor from the 90s. Comfortable bed.

Lasted a long time, comfortable rooms with two showers. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Absolutely love this hotel, excellent environment, excellent staff, excellent food.

A wonderfully beautiful and historic environment. Close to services. Friendly staff. The menu is too small for fish and meat. In Seaside Wing, there is a clear need for renovation (bathing crashes are absolutely absurd ).

Outdated balcony, broken minibar and cabinet door that won't close. Friendly serving staff.

Air condition doesn t do anything. Centrally controlled with absolutely no cooling.
House keeping forgets to refill empty toiletries, replace used glasses, fill up the coffee/tea supplies.
Waking up with a bad back pain, the bed is hard.
The staff are very friendly, they arrived promptly with a fan when the none existent air condition question was raised.
Tram 4 takes you to the city center.

Try sitting outside with excellent views of the sea. Practically ate everything salmon soup, ravioli, White fish with mango sauce. Yummy. Wash it down with local ale. Good service and excellent taste.

Centerly located, one of the best hotels in Helsinki

The hotel shows its age (1960s) in a nice way. Service is friendly but not very consistent. It is all forgotten when you get a room with sea view.
In addition, the location is great. I was there for a short week family holiday end of August and would not hesitate going back.

Old but quiet place. Bar service was exceptionally good. Breakfast is also good. Good basic Hilton Hotel. Little bit old but still I would and will use this hotel again. Hilton class.
