Colgate Malaysia. Im here to lodge a complain. As i have no idea where to forward issue I had.
I bought a toothbrush named Colgate Twister (hairs of white, yellow and blue). The one categorized as Soft which cost me RM4.50. I bought it just yesterday at a pharmacy at Denai Alam.
As I brushed my teeth and foam started to appear, I had tingling sensation in my mouth and felt something stuck in between a few places of my teeth and even inside back of my throat.
Apparently, the little yellow hairs of tootbrush fell off ! And the hairs were all over in my mouth. It was absolute irritating.
Unbelievably this is my first time encounter such matter with toothbrush, in my life. I had to pluck out some hairs that were stuck and even to drink water to remove the annoying feeling at my throat couple of time.
This issue sounds silly to many because it is just RM4.50 toothbrush, but the tingling sensastion irritates me at the moment. I dont expect any compensation, but please make sure your product is safe to be used.
Otherwise, I might think twice before I buy Colgate toothbrush next time.
