The Hilton in Brooklyn is a convenient hotel for business. Stayed there for 1 night and would not hesitate to stay again. Great front desk friendly service, as well as service at the bar. My room was nice as it had 2 queen size beds. The location of the hotel was convienient to the public transportation to Manhattan.

I am not a guest but I needed to use the rest room went inside about 430 am this morning the guy told me no only for guests the bathroom are down stairs not on the same floor as guest so I had to hold it until I got to work and I almost went on myself

Great location, but a big lack in communication. We were told one price that night and another in the morning. We were also told we could purchase the breakfast voulcher in the morning and then told it didn t apply for us when going down to eat with our two little ones.

One of the the best hotel I had even been to location. Interior was beautiful. Services was great. Staff were polite and professional. Room was well maintained.

Perfect location right off of every major MTA line, great restaurant options, shopping, and walking distance from the Brooklyn bridge and Brooklyn promenade. Check out the views of Manhattan from the promenade. Also, get an original acai bowl at Hawa. So delicious!

There is no breakfast, but it's new and nice inside!

Brand new hotel in a nice part of Brooklyn. The decor is fitting for the history of the location. Staff is very friendly and hotel isn't too noisy.

Fine property, well-trained staff and overall, a well- run property. Perhaps 1 1/2 blocks to subway, parking lot across street.
The room was really well apportioned and had nice amenities. The restaurant seemed to be a meeting place for people; I didn't dine there but it looked like a good spot.

A very nice looking hotel with friendly employees. Located on a quiet street with not as much traffic. Also very close to multiple restaurants in the area.

Excellent Stay. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was beautiful. Very clean from the rooms, to the lobby and everything in between. There was an awesome bar right around the corner that was suggested by the hotel clerk and it did not disappoint. Walking distance from the Barclay's Center which is the reason we stayed. Would definitely stay again.

Attended a wedding rehearsal dinner... food was delicious... staff attentive and friendly... not surprised!

Very friendly team and very helpful. Couple of very slight issues with the construction work that's underway, however I have no doubt all will be sorted out shortly.

We will be staying here again.

Was there for a professional conference. Hospitality was great.

The hotel is very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. A nice homey hotel in the heart of Brooklyn. We'll be back!

The bed was so comfortable and nice bathroom. It was very quiet except one night 'someone' left the radio on full blast all night. The bar is pleasant and friendly.
There was a heat wave outside, but I could only get 1 free bottle of water fore the whole week. I asked for an upgrade as we are Hilton honors members and this is our 4 th visit but we were denied. Still no golf channel on tv.

Was visiting people staying here. The lobby and rooms are nicely furnished. The guests seem to have a good stay and it was their second time there. Very convenient location to anyone visiting us! And close to a lot of restaurants!

Stayed for a night. The room was clean and we had no major issues. Close to many Downtown BK restraunts and a couple Subway lines (A, C, F, R two blocks away, 2, 3, 4, 5, three blocks away). The staff was nice and welcoming.

Location is very Central and convenient. Room service is great.

This Hilton maintains the high level of service that I've come to expect from Hilton properties. The staff is particularly helful, over and above the normal level of service. Conveniently located to several good restaurants, it makes the stay easy.

Unclear pricing policies. Need to be upfront about all of the costs upon booking.

Solid! litte walk to the Q line to go into Manhattan but not to far

I have stayed here many times. Its a wonderful hotel with a phenomenal service staff. I especially want to give a wonderful review of the front desk staff. Betsy, Veronica, Sasha, Suzanna.. Truly the best! They go above and beyond to make the experience and stay as warm, welcoming, and accommodating as possible. I spend a great deal of time traveling for work and staying in hotels, so having a great staff like them making the stay better means a lot. Thank you!

Stayed at an other hotel. Not as good as hilton.. we checked out of that bad hotel.. and went back to Hilton for and additional 5 night stay.. keep up the good work hilton

The room was fine but the customer service was horrible. Gave me wrong directions to parking. Ended up parking at Marriott. I will stay there next time I'm in Brooklyn.

Beautiful, new hotel. In great location and close to trains. The staff is there to make your stay the best possible. Will definitely stay here again soon.

I stayed there for a couple nights recently. The rooms are twice the size and half the price of the midtown Hilton. The bartender was nice and seemed to quickly get over my criticism of her mojito making technique. The gym was tiny but for anyone understanding basic kinesiology it offers enough equipment to get a full workout. The room I stayed was clean and quiet. A great stay overall and I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here with several members of my family. The place is very modern, rooms are great, staff are friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place

The staff was GREAT! The young man at the front door was Amazing. He had more class than the doorman at the Lotte New York Palace! Inside the hotel is a hidden gem. The front desk staff was courteous and professional. Both of our were rooms better than expected. Seriously...this hotel was the best.

Extremely poor hotel. Gave away my room after I confirmed my reservations just hour prior to my arrival and was totally booked. Called in later to file a complaint and no one from Hilton management ever called me back. I'll never book Hilton again if I can avoid it.

Decent bar to walk into from the rain. Looks like they are still working out some kinks.

Comfortable, friendly staff, and recently renovated. Probably one of the better deals in New York.

Really close to a bunch of bkln hot spots. Nice rooms, but hard to get comfortable on cold nights. Travon, the overnight front desk clerk, was so immensely friendly and helpful that I'm still rating 5 stars. Housekeeping forgot to leave me any soap so he gave me an entire goodie bag of hygiene supplies. Everything was very clean and well organized.

Nice place to lay your head down while in NY. Close to the subway.
