My food (read drool) experience at the Kerela Kitchen, a ten day festival, which is being hosted at Cafe On 3, perched smartly on the 3rd Floor at Holiday Inn, Mayur Vihar exceeds all logic and expectations...

Master Chef Rejimon is an artist who presents a fine gastronomic experience for the lucky!

This is precisely cooked food which helps restore your faith in humanity.

And the hospitality is unparalleled...
Perhaps it s the immediate offer of a drink, rather than treatment designed to inflame abandonment issue.

Or the fact that we are fed delightfully.

Or the fact that it could take me a long time to get tired of this kind of brilliant cooking....plainly put!!

It s on all accounts... not one flaw!!!

Excellent services and room. High speed internet. Warm floor in bed rooms. Dinner and breakfast are the best I've had in all the 4 and 5 star hotels I've been in India. Special shout out to Atish!!

Clean property, helpful staff, rooms are aesthetic and well stocked. But clearly not worth the Rs 11,000 per night that they charge.

The restaurant buffet is not that great. Restaurant staff is helpful, they could do with increasing staff at breakfast time. At breakfast time, the restaurant is crowded and the staff is scampering to get things done.

Restaurant Chef is helpful and does cater to individual needs of the guest.

Great place for official party, Ring ceremony and many more. Very cooperative staff, having huge banquet hall. Must visit one time and you like it. Have best parking facility. Variety of delicious veg and non veg food.

Legacy of Rampuri Cuisine @ #holidayinn #mayurvihar

India has so many different cultures and cuisines and every cuisine has so much to offer which is amazing. With same or nearly same ingredients one can prepare so many different n unique dishes by just the different cooking techniques and styles. This was showcased to us at #cafeon3 at Hotel Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar on their weekend food promotions where their culinary expert Chef Sanjay Mishra along with Home Chef Taj Bi from Rampur curated a delightful menu and we thoroughly enjoyed each and every dish.

Rampur a city of Nawabs is also famous for their rich cuisine and Kababs. On the menu was kachche gosht ke kebab which were quite close to galouti kababs yet a unique flavour and soft melt in mouth kinds, palak ke kurkure pakore were awesome very nice crisp and tasty n much to my liking. Rampuri Fish fried and Arbi ke pakore were the other nice starters and not to miss was the Dahi ke batashe...instead of tamarind water, yoghurt and chutneys were added to the gol gappas which you can't just have one.

Mains had Taar gosht and Nargisi koftas with khichda which is a which khichdi with mutton and vegetables all mixed together and is very healthy n popular dish of Nawabi culture. There were a variety of vegetarian dishes too like Mash ki Daal, Bhuna gobhi palak, Tori and Ghiye ka bharata and all tasted quite different yet tasty with a lemony and tangy flavour.

Sweet dishes were nariyal ki kheer which was a mix of rice and coconut blend together and cooked in milk and unique dish was Adrak ki kheer which was amazing and had it for the first time it had grated ginuger cooked in milk with khoya but tasted good and is suppose to be healthy and good in winters.

I took a membership of this place through ''Indulge'. First of all one of my voucher was missing. Secondly booking a room is not easy
through this membership. Thirdly there call centre staff is Ill informed since they don't know much about the vouchers ,they are issuing. The vouchers itself have many if n buts.
So better don't join the membership.

Holiday inn, Mayur vihar is one of the luxuries hotel in Delhi, NCR. It's luxuries henceforth, they serve you good and well. Ambiance of the place is up to the mark. Food is amazing and you get all kind of variety in there cuisine which actually amazed me. Situated at border of Delhi and Noida so, approach is easy into both cities.

Great Crew. Great Hotel all around from a stay perspective. CLEAN Rooms. helpful staff. Quick response to queries.

Breakfast can get very loud, specially when they host the breakfast meetings of some business groups like BNI. The attendees of such meetings are very loud and have no respect for the hotel guests. Whilst this may be a revenue stream for the hotel, the damage this does to in-house hotel guests is being ignored by the management.

Needs a more vibrant menu on the FnB side.
