If I could leave six stars I would. Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. I was born and raised in Atlanta, but just last night had my first experience staying at the Embassy Suites in Buckhead, and it is a must stay if you're visiting Atlanta.

This hotel is very clean, and the room was big and reasonably priced. There were plenty of choices for different room styles as this hotel is HUGE! I believe this is the kind of place that has something for everyone's budget.

Every single employee I've come in contact with has been pleasant and gone above and beyond to accommodate me, my wife and my child. Each and every detail was perfect in my opinion. Even when we ordered room service, each and every fry that came with my burger was crisp and fresh. As someone who hates soggy fries, I don't think I've ever had an order of fries that was this fresh.

All in all, this location was absolutely perfect for our needs. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Atlanta. In a world seemingly full of sub-par service, it's refreshing to know that there are establishments like this one where your money is earned and not just taken from you. Our stay was worth every penny.

Check in time was at 3. The room was not available until after 6. None of the rooms had air. We had to buy fans in order to be comfortable for the night. There were dogs every where inside of the hotel. The breakfast was unorganized and not up to the embassy standards that I am used to.

My room smelt like a wet basement. I had to complain to about 4 different people before they moved me. The quality of the room was pretty bad. Beat up furniture etc. However, the actual hotel is pretty nice. Koi ponds are pretty and the outdoor pool was a decent size.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with.
However, the facility is poorly maintained. The sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The bedding was frayed and worn- visibly dirty. No cleaning service until the second day. When the room was finally cleaned it was only garbage and new towels. Bathroom not cleaned and no vacuuming done.
No pool towels.
People waiting 3 hours to check in.
6 floors without working ice machines.
Room smelled of mildew.
This hotel is LOUD. Throughout the entire night - doors slamming, knocking on doors and people talking.
Overall, very disappointing.
Congratulations to Hilton, full house but no services rendered to the guests.
If it wasn't for the staff, I would have given 0 stars.

I love Embassy Suites, I go out of my way to choose them when I can. The staff is always so courteous and welcoming and this location was no exception. I can't help but feel that the downtown location where everything surrounding looks new and modern yet somehow hasn't reached this property. The TVs are small and old (they have S-Video ports and the HDMI is video only so my playstation couldn't produce audio.). The outdoor pool area was dirty and the pool had a lot of pollen and leaves floating. There were no towels or pads on the loungers or anything. For the price I paid and the area I stayed I expected it to be newer. I'd stay again but not until they renovate

PROS: Beautiful lobby and cafe. Good hot & cold breakfasts. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. CONS: confusing parking situation. We weren't given any instructions, the garage looked dark & sketchy, had to drag our bags up a flight of stairs to get to the elevators. Confusing WiFi sign in. Again, no info about this anywhere. Not at the front desk, in the welcome folder, or posted anywhere. Anywhere!

This property is very dated. The furniture was severely scratched, and legs were were leaning on a few of the pieces. The dresser was missing a knob, and the bathroom's grout appeared to have sealant placed over mildew. The room was extremely dusty especially around the baseboards and exterior of the return vent. It was apparent that it hadn't been changed in a long while and blew out many allergens. My allergies flared up even worst. The staff were incredibly courteous, and Giovanni went over and be and attempted to make it right; however, my issue had to elevated to corporate for resolution. I am very satisfied with the solution.

The event I attended the a/c was out as I ordered food at Ruth Christ's and the fan blew directly on my back.....very uncomfortable. Food was good and fresh tho. Great customer service.

This hotel is mediocre. Stay somewhere else. They expected four of us to stay in a room with 1 king bed and a couch. Breakfast was fairly ordinary and it took a long time to get your hot breakfast. A bunch of kids were running around unattended through the hotel and coming from the pool. The floors throughout the hotel were wet because of the unattended kids coming from the pool. When we were leaving, the cops had arrived which was not surprising to us. Self parking is a nightmare and I can't believe you have to pay for it. Teeny tiny parking spots and you have to lug your bags up stairs to get to the elevator. We wouldn't stay here again. Be warned.

The hotel is under construction! That is not posted on the website when booked! The pool is drained and it's an outside pool!! The bartender is great made perfect margaritas! The valet is slow and crowded. Took 30 min to get my car!!!!

The hotel was understaffed our entire stay. There were long lines at the front desk each time we came downstairs. There was no point of calling downstairs because they were unable to answer due to the number of guests at the front desk making requests. The breakfast bar was crazy because you had to present "vouchers" which were not given to us during check in which meant we had to wait in three lines (buffet, front desk, buffet again) to finally eat. It was extremely cold in the lobby and out room which we later discovered that our window was left open which was unbelievable due to the frigid temps that weekend. The staff was very apologetic but just simply overwhelmed.

This hotel should not be allowed to carry the Hilton name. It was a disaster from the get go. We arrived to the hotel to discover it was under renovation which we were not told about when we made our reservation. We were checked in at a folding table by a man who would not even give us the proper number of meal cards and key cards for the number of people we had in each room (4 in one 3 in the other) he told us we just needed to share. We then proceeded to our rooms and things got worse. The smell of marijuana filled our floor of the hotel, our rooms were not clean nor well maintained. There was wallpaper peeling off of the walls, what looked like tobacco spit all over a wall in one room, a toothpick flosser left in our room by the bed, and all of the furniture was run down and beat up. We then headed to the evening reception....Oh boy this was a time. Due to the construction the reception as well as breakfast was being served in an area where you can not reach without taking a service elevator. The service elevator smelled like vomit and took us to the employee parking garage before it would take us to the floor we pushed. It was also often full of employees with equipment and carts leaving guests pushed against walls like sardines. When we got to the floor of the reception room we had to work through a maze of hallways filled with catering equipment kept secure with a chain link fence taking up half of the hallway (fire hazard for sure). Once we finally found the reception room we went in and had to wait on the staff to finish their personal conversation so we could attempt to order our drinks. While waiting to order we noticed the ice bucket that was chilling the wine was also chilling the open and half drank powerade of the bartender along with it (health code violation). During our stay when our room was "serviced" the trash was bagged up and left in our rooms on the floor, and one room never recieved clean towels. The breakfast was a mess (except for the gentlemen making omelets they were nice) the bacon was burnt, and all of the food tasted a bit old. The day of checkout we requested late checkout for one of our guests and we informed she had to leave or we had to pay another fee which has never been the case before at any other Hilton brand hotel. When we went and asked to speak with a manager due to not being satisfied with our stay we were told "Not all Hilton hotels carry the 100% satisfaction guarantee and this hotel is one of the ones that doesn't". Let's just say from the loud construction, mislabeled faucets, awful smells, and plastic all over the place this was the farthest from a Hilton experience I have ever had. I would save your money and stay at a motel 6 instead because that is the quality you will be receiving here.

NEVER staying here again!!!! This hotel has been updated but the rooms were dirty. We checked in late on a Saturday night and it was rather rowdy in the lobby area. No problem but the rooms needed a lot more attention as for cleanliness. Definitely my last time staying here.

This was our first time staying at an Embassy. It was beautiful! The room was wonderfully decorated and we had a great view of the city. I was in town for a car meet at Atlanta Speedway. With everything just a short distance away, I will definitely go back. Thank you for the wonderful stay and great service!

Requested joining rooms. Confirmed that in email and over the phone. Upon check in, it was not honored. Secondly. NO HOT WATER OUR ENTIRE STAY! 300$ A NIGHT? Avoid this place at all costs. They should change the price to 45$, which would better reflect their professionalism and quality. What a dump.

I went to visit some friends that were visiting from out of town. They had a breakfast buffet I had a good amount of variety. The scrambled eggs are really good and the cereal gives you the ability to also add granola, walnuts, dried cranberries, etc. It's also very nice as there's like a artificial stream running through the cafe.

Place was disgusting smelled like weed all throughout the hotel. Room was clean besides the creepy crawlers I had staying overnight. I found roaches and ants in my room and I had no hot water at all. Sinks and tub had brown stuff in it, it feels like the Management doesn't care about the place. Would not come back for another night!!

I am a Hilton Gold member and really want to stay within the Hilton family. However, the service has steadily declined until I feel I must move hotels. Sales never returns calls aftwr multiple attempts, cleanliness has declined, and there is never enough staff at front desk to help the customer and answer calls. The fitness center is small, dirty, and have the equipment does not work. The most redeeming part is the shuttle driver group. I have stayed this long purely for their service, but now must leave.

Only one elevator was operational during my stay causing very bad delays. When we asked where the stairs were (after waiting over 10 minutes for the elevator), the front desk representative rudely told us "the elevator is right there, just wait for it." We found the stairs ourselves and climbed 9 flights to our room (with several other disgruntled guests). Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience of the elevators.

Customer service was horrible to us on multiple occasions. I had e-checked in the day before and had chosen a corner room to avoid noise from other rooms. I had let them know we were checking in at 4pm and arrived at 4:15pm to be told that the room I wanted wasn't ready yet. No apology from guest relations- I was just sent to another room. As expected, the noise from the neighbors was out of control. They were drinking, partying, and yelling between 3am and 6am. Our room had two phones- one didn't work at all and the other was likely installed in the early 1990s. When I called the front desk (3 separate times) to complain about the noise, the guest relations rep kept telling me that she couldn't hear me and there must be something wrong with my phone (MY phone- as in the one in our room belonging to the hotel). I finally had to google the number to the hotel on my cell phone so I could call her and submit the noise complaint. The neighbors were only addressed once and never quieted down. Never received an apology for the noise or the inconvenience.

Completely unacceptable customer service for any business but especially a hotel. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely great service from the moment Tracey checked me in. She made sure I received my complimentary water as a Diamond member and explained COVID-19 protocol and parking which was refreshing. My room is immaculate and smelled very fresh upon entry. Maintenance is currently taking place but it ends at 1700.

Oh my we went when they were renovating... but we didn t expect it to look like a zombie apocalypse... also, I think they were short staffed? Because food was left outside doors for multiple days... and bits got spread around the floor and never cleaned up...

Todays experience @RuthChris Steakhouse/Buckhead was extremely great. The service provided by Mr. Austin at the bar was 4 star quality. Very good personality , attentive to his patrons and great sense of humor. The food was AMAZING. My wife and I will return for another evening of fun and food

The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and surrounding areas within the hotel have obviously been put to the waist side. They are advertising that they are going to renovate the lobby area and what should be happening is fixing all the rooms. Do not stay here or be blinded by the fact that it kind of looks nice. Keep the saying in mind good from far but far from good when looking into staying at this hotel.

The staff is somewhat helpful, but the rooms need a MAJOR updating. The water pressure comes and goes as it pleases, and you could tell that my room had been smoked in..... To summarize, I will not stay here again. Valet took forever at check-in and check-out. It was faster to Uber down the street than to retrieve the car. After paying $35 for valet, it is unacceptable. We missed the start of our event waiting for our car. The front desk was overwhelmed at check-in and check-out as well. The worst part though was the moldy tub. The only positive was their made to order breakfast. I am still waiting on management to resolve the issue.

Loved it and the staff. We were there during renovations which was a bit of a drag but considering the circumstances my stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. And having a Ruth Chris on the 1st floor definitely was a plus.

The hotel room was clean and renovated with new furniture. Staff service was friendly and very helpful. There is a parking garage which charges overnight parking plus they also offer valet parking for $35. Ruth Chris Restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast and their happy hour is excellent.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. The fitness center stays pretty crowded but the pool and whirlpool are both fairly open. The central garden plaza with elaborate koi pond makes for a nice area to hang out, which almost makes the sitting area in my room seem unnecessary. Almost. It was a great space for some board games with family. The AC works great; the bed is comfortable; breakfast is delicious. Embassy Suites deserves its reputation.

I arrived on a Sunday night and my room was not clean (trash on the floor, dirty cups, and standing water in the ice bucket). I'm not a germ freak, so I addressed it with management the next day and received an, "I'm sorry". I don't know what I expected, but was not satisfied with that response. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is, because of Don, whom I only interacted with at breakfast, and his sincere care for the breakfast process. He was so kind, attentive, and genuinely a good guy. He turned the whole trip around for me. I advised management of this and I hope they took my compliments to heart and that Don is acknowledged sufficiently.

Very dated. They only had a "to go" breakfast which consisted of eggs in a bag and a bagel in a bag. Both cold. The TV's in the rooms were small. Not what I expected from an Embassy Suites. Many other great hotels in the area. Disappointed.

Joanna and her entire staff are 5 star worthy! We took Mom for her 90th birthday (she LOVES the big city) and they could not have been more helpful. Everyone contributed to a very memorable stay. The room gave her a beautiful view at night and was just what we wanted.
The valet staff took extra care of us knowing her age and that we needed a bit of help from time to time.
We swam in the outdoor pool which was nicely kept and easily accessible, they even had a lift to help her in the pool.
Breakfast was great and she even enjoyed a glass of wine for happy hour. We Love this hotel

We were there for a work meeting. The shuttle service did not let a group of 10 know they stop running at 11. We were at cheesecake factory, dropped us off at 9:30 and we called them to get us at 11 and the women said he had gone for the day because it stops running. We would have called 15 mins prior had the group known. We walked 3 blocks to hotel. The women on phone was not apologetic and when we got to the hotel the valet guy said he could have gotten us.

Worst Service....

Worst Service....
Had a booking at a very high premium price due to high demand in Atlanta because of hurricane Irma. AC"s not working.
Check-in time is 3.00 pm it's 4.15 now no rooms provided yet. Worst front desk doesn't even talk politely.
Worst attitude...I'll never recommend staying here..

#worsthotelstay so I came to this hotel to relax after having surgery Friday. If u forget a razor or shower cap housekeeping doesn t bring it to you like other embassy suites I ve been to. Me having to walk to the front desk was a lot seeing as though I just had surgery. Fast forward to the evening I was woken up by nosey neighbors having sex and being loud all night from 3am- till almost 6! I told the front desk and nobody came to rectify the situation. Had to walk down and tell them to do their job. So security walked back up with me and knocked on their door. When the loud people came to the door the security says Hey could you all keep it down? I can t hear anything but we got a noise complaint like huh? Then they kept making noise (it s 4:30 am at this point) I told front desk and they called them again nothing. So I requested to change my room. The new room they gave me was missing a remote on one of the TVs, did not have ANY bath towels, and to top it all off I didn t see housekeeping my ENTIRE STAY. Front desk had to bring me towels. Didn t even turn my room over. They were non existent. Check out Day on Sunday the valet was missing so I asked a lady at front desk (she was black with a pink shirt i believe) if it was only one person working and she shrugged her shoulders with an attitude saying I don t know. She was very rude. The staff always has attitudes and are rude. Customer service is not their forte. Can t even say things with a smile. The only nice worker I met was the one guy who checked me in. I don t appreciate how I was treated. Overall this stay was a disaster and I didn t get to relax at all. I won t be returning.
