For a normal person, 7.5 euros for a coffee is astronomical but because it's the Hilton, you expect the hit.
The service was lovely and the little biscuits with the coffee were better than other places.
The place was empty so I'm assuming it's more of an afternoon, evening spot.

It is a three star hotel; because the bed is comfortable and the room is clean.
But the normal breakfast is rather bad, it has only two fresh fruits since we are in summer and the rest in compote.
The coffee is typical cheap in a jug, it seems pathetic for a hotel of course level to be like that.
The worst of the situation is that it does not have free Wi-Fi, except in common areas.
I would not return, the situation seems to me a total sadness and a nuisance.

Among the most exclusive hotels in Athens. Hilton Athens serves multiple roles outside of the residence. Everyone can enjoy a great experience in the ground floor restaurant and / or Roof Bar with a simple coffee or drink accompanied by a wide-angle view of the top of the building. The meeting room is a distinctive part of Hilton Athens, providing comfort and convenience. It hosts a variety of events and event while keeping the interest of attendees. Finally, staying at Hilton Athens, as small as possible, brings positive and full of experience. A must-go destination for all those who want a glamorous experience at slightly higher prices. Enjoy your stay!

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff are friendly and the service is consistently good! The Galaxy Bar has a stunning view of the Acropolis and again the service is excellent! The drinks and food are a bit on the steep side but that's the price one pays for an iconic building in what's known as the best address in Athens.

Hilton is considered one of the best hotels in Athens. But it is not at all comparable to quality than the other Hilton. It is also ugly, both externally and internally. However the staff is very helpful.

This hotel is fairly close to all the major tourist spots and has some very good eating locally. The restaurant on the first floor, Byzantino, will be welcomed by Americans for it's full breakfast offerings.

Recently, I stayed there. They have friendly staff, so kind especially the waitresses at the breakfast buffet area. Room s setup need to be revamped and the balcony is noisy with sound s of street motorcycle and the nearby construction s civil works and easy to be unlocked by childern. Also bathrooms s doors did not isolate sounds

I stayed over here for 3 days but I am unhappy with their some kind of services. Very poor wifi service. It's located in easy accessable area of Athens. Easily you can connect with metro stations. From here you will have good views of Acropolis of Athens.

Hilton should be the Hilton that's why little things that normally are forgiven at regular hotels, here are not accepted. The hotel is luxury, has all the comforts and the staff is kind and extremely helpful. The Galaxi bar is excellent on the terrace from which you can enjoy a fantastic view. There are 2 things that just didn't go down. The first is that wi fi is free only in public areas, while in the room you pay. The second is that we found a cup of tea in your room, clearly washed in the dishwasher but on which traces of you were present both on the bottom of the same and on the upper edge. However overall it was a good experience

I stay here regularly due to my job. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Close to all . Plaka, Acropolis and Kolonaki. Make sure you check out the roof top bar after 6pm for some amazing views and cocktails.

We are loyal Diamond H-Hilton members, every year ...

We are loyal Diamond H-Hilton members, every year on holidays we go to a Hilton hotel anywhere in the world. After my experience, Hilton Hotels will definitely be on the NO-GO list. Staff was rude and when we arrived to check in they told us we could not have access to our diamond privilege, they said our reservation was made under standard privilege. After showing them proof that we were diamond and the reservation was made under these circumstances, they got more rude and they got mad at us, there are no words the describe how we got treated by the reception. They told us that because we reserved with points and not money, that we did not have access to breakfast, pool, internet, etc. In my 17 year experience with Hilton I was never told this especially as a Diamond member, I would not want to imagine the rest. When we asked for bed sheets to be changed we got service 50 minutes later with a maid who came in yelling and mad at us. Go and rent an Air-BNB go to the President Hotel right next door. The price of our room was 580 euros/night and this was just a fraction of how we got treated. DO NOT RECOMMEND, do not waste your money on this hotel, keep your money and go to any hotel nearby and take advantage of all sights in Athens. The receptionists should be re-formed. You lost a precious customer and plenty of others.

Thank you.

Super expensive and old. Nothing modern Slow elevators Feel like helping at the reception. I asked for information about tourism in Greece in the lobby and they replied that they have no concierge so they can't help me. The beer costs 10 euros and in the roof bar the service is very bad although the view is beautiful. It's not worth it. The internet is not even included!
