Great hotel! Amenities are top notch, views are excellent, location is perfect (1.5 miles from most attractions so if you want to walk- great! If you want to catch a cab, it s not expensive). The hotel staff prepares you with lots of great info at check in. You get info on local tours (trusted companies for day trips that can be arranged at the hotel with reasonable prices!). The food is great, the hospitality is better, very accommodating for different cultures (different eating times- there is something for everyone). Added bonus- the executive lounge is one of the best in Europe! Highly recommend this hotel over others in the area for location, amenities, and comfort.

Very good service, everything is super nice but the traffic noise was heard in the room which has spoiled a little atmosphere. Reason for which I give only 3 stars. Other than that, nothing to say. The staff was very nice and welcoming, great food, seen on the acropolis from the room, and large pool .

Pretty cozy and nice decorated hotel. Very nice and clean rooms and very friendly staff. One of the biggest advantages except its location is the fact that in every room you have the opportunity to see Athens city from above. You can also have access at the roof top!
Moreover, there are plenty of selections for businesses as well that are searching for a place to organize seminars etc.

Wi-Fi did not work for most of the 3 days, i had to reset my card to the room 3 times because for whatever reason it did not work after few hours and you often have to wait a long time for the elevator. On the flip side food is good, the location is okay and rooms and the premises are very clean. The bar on the 13th floor has an amazing view.

The executive lounge associate, Katerina, is the absolute best! She checked us in and provided a detailed overview and recommendations.

Once we got to our room, I realized I left my laptop at the airport in Santorini. As it was the weekend, it was difficult to herd everyone. Katerina immediately began contacting JTL, Santorini Police, and a courier company! Regardless of the pending outcome, we appreciated her diligence!

The executive lounge is excellent. Katerina worked hard there, supporting our good friends Dimitris and Ian, both tremendous servers! We d definitely return, solely for the service.

Spaces accessible to all, simple but substantial decoration and ergonomics. The rooftop bar offers stunning views across Attica. to lift the mood of even the most melancholy.
Going down, probably to the first basement, there is a traditional fish tavern with incredible SIMPLE design
which can be tasted from amazing "kakavia" soup, to freshly picked pelagic synagria.

Rooms are comfortable, service is great, the restaurant on the top floor is excellent, and you get an incredible view of the Acropolis and Athens as a whole. Also very easy access to many of the sights and landmarks around Athens. All around a great hotel experience, and I'd certainly stay here again.

EDIT: following a visit in October I have regraded my review to one star. This was a terrible experience where their customer service failing tragically. Payments taken from my credit card without authorisation or informing me what they intended to take. It then took one week to receive my money back. Despite having a contract for a group booking that included wifi, they charged all my guests for wifi and refused to honour the contract. I attend the hotel on multiple visits with a large group of 35 delegates, using both restaurants. The reception staff seemed uninterested in resolving my issues, claiming to have no ability to make any resolutions and that my only recourse was to email a manager. Our prebooked set menu in the restaurant was also not as we ordered. On the plus side, my option was better than expected, however, this was besides the point.

Considering this is one of the most expensive hotels in Athens, I expect a high level of service. Unfortunately this will be my last time staying at this hotel for personal and business bookings. I hope that the management take this experience as a lesson in refreshing it's staff on customer service, honouring contracts and realising the lost revenue that this experience has now resulting in.

Original review:
Great hotel. You are greeted with a warm welcome. The rooms are very large and the bed is a king-size and very comfortable. My favourite part of the room is the bathroom with the double ended marble surrounded bath deep filled bath. There is a separate shower cubicle if that's your preference. Iron and ironing board in the room and a spacious balcony.

The negative parts of this room is after paying such a large amount for the room, they don't provide a free bottle of water, instead charging you 8.50 for a small bottle of water. The most expensive minibar I've ever seen, but there are local shops just around the corner.

The restaurants are excellent and I recommend the restaurant on the roof where you can enjoy views of the acropolis. Alternatively you can eat in any of the choices of restaurants just walking distance from the hotel.

Excellent gym with a well stocked range of equipment and dumbbells which range up to 35kg. Plenty of treadmills and synchro machine. Free coffee and drinks. If you want to use the indoor pool or Jacuzzi it's 15 euro per day. Steam and sauna is free.

Overall a great hotel with very friendly staff. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. (When they manage to get things right!)

It is a great hotel. It would've been a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the receptionist on the 11th (I think) floor where they have the rewards member lounge. I was staying with a friend who has racked up a lot of hilton points from work and achieved the highest status but the lady at the desk there was so rude to me I didn't even want to come near her. That being said, rooms were great, location was decent, outdoor pool was beautiful and the people at the front desk in the lobby were extremely nice and patient. Overall a good experience minus one.

Ideal hotel not only for business meetings. Large common areas with the possibility of having excellent rooms equipped with all comforts. From the terrace you can enjoy an overview of the whole center of Athens. More than good even the morning breakfast. DECISELY high prices for drinks at the bar and all the extras (normal in 5-star hotels!?).
Meals served at the table of a lower level than the expectations that can be had for a structure of this type.

I was there for a business meeting. The meeting rooms and catering were very good. The rooms are spacious ans the bed and pillows very confortables. The only con was that the hotel was quite busy and there are only three lifts so sometimes it took a while to get on one.
Location wise, it is not very close to the centre.

Check-in counter was friendly and efficient. Rooms were nice. We had none of the little extras that we have had in other hotels such as bottles of water or dish of fresh fruit. At breakfast we had only cold foods that were $10 less per person than the hot breakfast table but were charged the higher amount. At checkout we had a charge for a phone call from our room phone which didn't happen since we use our cell phones for any and all calls made. We have Hilton Honors membership and that got us free Wi-Fi which we received at ALL the hotels we stayed at and at half the room rate. If we ever stay in Athens again it will be at a different hotel of the same rating.

The hotel is quite new. Staff is friendly. There's an executive lounge on the 11th floor that offers great views and makes a perfect place to sip a cup of coffee or read newspapers. My room had a private balcony with views too. Did I mention the location is convenient too? It takes less than 20 minutes to walk to Syntagma Square. I enjoyed my stay a lot.
