Good customer service. But plumbing seems to be a problem. Filthy (sewage?) water back flushed in the shower twice so far.

Great location if you have an event at the convention center. Nice rooms and great facility.

Great hospitality and good drinks. The breakfast was above average for a hotel. The lunch was quite good - Very well cooked steak, but lukewarm. It's probably had to have that many cooked at medium and not Kerri then under a great llamo so that they don't overcook.

I found this to be a pretty good location, convenient and really hip and updated....I would have liked the pricing to be more consistent with what I had on line/the "boost" of extra charges and nonsense at arrival was a bit off-putting, but the Executive lounge, the room, the higher floor, the friendliness of the staff....the BED....WOW, and the location....so near to so much....I relaxed and enjoyed myself....

Great home away from home....just be prepared for the rough intake/arrival....but after that....should be very enjoyable...

I booked the hotel in Aug for Dec and I got a random charge on my card on Nov 10? I called to verify the charge to make sure it wasn't fraud and I was told they required a first night deposit in not the nicest way. None of my conformations said anything about a first night deposit a month in advance which was fine but the charge was way more than the first night rate.

We were there for our sorority national convention. Had a great time out there. Hotel held it down for us with our stay, a couple events we had there as well. Great job....it was a lot of us there

Beautiful hotel. Staff is exceptionally friendly and goes the extra mile for guests.

Lots of conference space, next to Discovery Green, very clean and spacious, excellent recycling, but don't bring your car.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The customer service was great. Vinnicia H. Checked my husband and I in and she was very polite and patient when answering my questions. Her customer service skills and recommendations on hotel amenities is the reason I will return in July for my Anniversary. The Spa was booked but I will visit it in July. We ate at both restrauants and they were very good. The room was great and beds were comfortable, so we were satisfied.

Hotel is pricey but you are paying for great customer service and beautiful rooms.

What are my favorite places to stay downtown Houston. Too many luxuries for me to list them here can be found here. The staff always makes me feel like I'm royalty. Every time I stay here I never want to leave.

I went to an event at Hilton downtown and it really surprising with how ornate and beautiful it was. The architecture was phenomenal while the service was just incredible. Everything was clean and I was helped at every turn by somebody who worked there. I will be returning.

Excellent hotel. Good room size and love the roof top lounge on floor 24 with panoramic views of the city.

It was right across the convention center and had a sky bridge that was really neat and convenient.

The Starbucks in this hotel don't approve the Starbucks rewards, they said we running by hotel and we are not allow to accept the rewards. And this not acceptable for me to because they are working under Starbucks franchise and they have to to accept it.

I stay at this hotel several times a year. They have top notch service and are close to all downtown hot spots.

The hotel staff are really friendly. The rooms are updated and very well maintained. The hotel rooms are very quiet. The lobby is very pretty and offers a restaurant and bar plus Starbucks. The location is immediately adjacent to the convention center and the Toyota center. Easy access

Got our room reservation wrong and no more rooms are available! Thanks for making it a great birthday weekend! Never again!

Facilities and services for conference were excellent.

Hotel is beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The facilities for our conference were great as well.

I attended an Awards Breakfast at Hilton Americas. The breakfast entree was not the usual fare--scrambled eggs, garlic spinach, roasted new potatoes and filet mignon! The steak was ultra tender. The servers were attentive, courteous and professional.

Great stay. Get a corner room. The views are great and the rooms are spacious.

We really liked the feeling that the rooms were cleaned. The housekeepers were extremely polite and engaging. We got the upgrade and took advantage of the breakfast meals. We were pleased with the fresh fruits, hot eggs and the potatoes were delicious. We never did make it to happy hour, but I can imagine it would have been good too.

I got in late, and was only there that one night, so I didn't spend much time at the property. However, I have no complaints. They even sent up toothpaste and a toothbrush to my room upon my request. The concierge also referred me to a cheap place nearby for lunch.

They take good care of you and make sure you have everything you need. They text you after arrival and offer you the chance to text them at any point during your stay to get assistance or support. It's a smart way to make themselves available. This was a very nice property, easily accessing the Toyota Center across the street and many restaurants. Great views. Good fitness center. Good staff. Good stay.

Unable to sleep based on the noise from service elevator. Spoke to management and the apparently didn't have my phone number to change the room!
Requested a higher floor and was told it's an extra $20 per night. Keep on mind the hotel has 23+ floors and I was on the 6th floor adjacent to the service elevator.
Assistant director said he's very familiar with his hotel and my room is nowhere near there. I have pictures.
Dirty towel and dirty glasses in my room after I reported incident and manager on duty was non-chalant and did not know about changing my room.

If this is how this chain treats it's guests, I won't ever return or recommend.

The rooms are very nice and they are very well maintained. They should add a microwave though. Also free water would be cool.

Attended a dinner for quilt market, for Moda Fabric. The food was fantastic and fresh, staff was professional and polite and really top notch event.

Horrible room service and House keeping service. I called and waited for over 1 hour to get 2 wine glasses.... and they don't automatically clean the room. I asked them to clean the bathroom, guess where the person put the trash can? In the middle of the bathroom!!! Not even to the corner..... great Services, sorry for my sarcasm.

The staff was very unaccommodating. Everyone always blamed their manager as to why they couldn't help us. Especially the staff at the bar. If that's company policy I understand but no need to be rude about it.

I would have to say that the experience was overall a very positive one. The rooms where quite large and the bed was super comfy. The staff was also very nice and each time I ever made a request, they where very helpful. I tried their gym, and it was clean and very up to date. The cold towels after a workout where just the best thing!! The happy hour was also fairly reasonable and their Texan Old fashion, and lemonade was great! I would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a very relaxed atmosphere.

Nice room and good restaurant plus bridge to GRB makes it ideal for convention goers.

Came here for the Grace Hopper Celebration conference and it was beautiful! The spaces were comfortable (and not too cold) and the snacks brought out during breaks were delicious. Definitely recommend more conferences here!

I came, I saw a better than average lobby area, and overall felt that this was a 4* experience.

The location of the hotel was great. It's within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions including Minute Maid Park and Discovery Green. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff we dealt with were friendly.

This is the 2nd time that I've stayed at this hotel. The rooms are nice and roomy. Staff is superb. Great location if you're going to be at the convention center. The check in is pretty fast.

Best experience I had in a Hilton so far friendly staff,rooms very clean,they have a Starbucks in the lobby,bars and a good restaurant. Lots of attractions everything is with in walking distance...would book with them next time I m in town..

Pretty sweet spot. Our room was clean, and we upgraded to utilize the 24th floor for free appetizers/breakfast and snacks/drinks. Beautiful location and view. I was able to walk over to a Houston rockets game. I did not realize how close this place was! Im pretty sure i could have went back up to my hotel room during a timeout and make it back in time for gameplay!!

Accessible to even those that aren't guests. Very nice and welcoming.

I did not want to use the bell hop service and was forced to use them.
