Fantastic room, great service, spectacular location. Stayed overnight for an event across the street from the Toyota Center and it was delightful to go then simply cross the street to get back to my room. Will definitely stay again.

We had a nice view of room. But the only downside was that the bathtub water came up during at night and it came up with dirt. But beside that the room was very nice. And hotel is very clean and beautiful.

Nice facility, friendly employees. The internet cost is an additional $15 per day. It would not allow me to connect with my company network. That left me trying to deal with email only on my cell phone. When I returned to my office I had 503 emails to resolve.

I plan to stay somewhere else next time.

What a cool hotel experience. Located within walking distance of everywhere I needed to be in Houston; except the airport, which was just a few miles away. Check out the pictures of their gingerbread house.

This place was a huge hotel, with very good rates. My wife and I were there for the USA/Scotland rugby match. The staff was very courteous, the bars, food and spa on the grounds were of good quality, especially the one night I had room service (hamburger and fries). The only odd thing about the hotel was their pool. They had an awesome top floor skyline view patio but the pool was indoors right next to it. Not sure why they wouldn't want this nice lap pool outside. The location was very convenient to bars, restaurants and sporting venues. There was no complimentary parking or WiFi despite being a Hilton Honors which was weird.

The hilton is a very aesthetic hotel but at 299 plus dollars a night not including breakfast or a shuttle is expensive. No acess to the president suite unless you pay an additional 60 dollars a day. Otherwise the rooms are spacious and appear wel maintained

Felt like a 5 star premium luxury hotel! Spent 5 days here for a conference, could have stayed forever! From the British and Italian Supercars valeted outside, to the first class service, everything was perfect.

Very nice, comfortable room and pleasant, helpful staff. Starbucks right in the lobby! and two restaurants in the building. Beautiful artwork, nice pool area, and conveniently located in walking distance to many great restaurants, a park, and several shops downtown

The entire stay was divine. From valet parking to the room service, I knew that I was being taken care of by professionals who care about what they do. The food here is absolutely astounding. I honestly may have cried a little while eating their seared 72-hour short rib because it was so tender and delicious. My best recommendation for guests is to order room service when they aren't busy. It is the best place to stay if you are in town for an event at the Geroge R. Brown Convention Center or if you live in town and just want to be closer to the event for the weekend as I was. I plan on coming to stay here for my favorite events in the future as well. If there is any doubt left on where I think you should stay, I'll just say this: stay here!

Standard king was a good sized room with a large desk area perfect for getting some work done. The room is well appointed, as is the entire property. FedEx Office inside the hotel for convenient shipping. A real Starbucks in the lobby. The executive lounge on the 24th floor offers a hot breakfast buffet for HHonors elites, and great views.

Came down to Houston for a conference and found a great deal on this Amazing hotel, located in the heart of Houston. You dont even have to leave the hotel if you dont have too, bars, restaurants, and Starbucks in the building. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are clean and modern. Great views and so much to do right outside the hotel if you want to explore. If your ever in Houston I highly recommend to treat yourself or your loved ones to this amazing hotel!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the night to see The Black keys play, I was really impressed with the lobby and how it looked, they didnt have my king room so they gave me a double queen the room was ok kind of small, the beds were amazing as well but the service and staff were amazing! The bar is beautiful the manager at the bar was super friendly I told him it was my girlfriends bday and when we got back to the room there was champagne and chocolate and a card wishing her happy bday, he really went above and beyond and the staff as well I really enjoyed my stay here

We arrived Friday the 13th they placed us on the 13th floor. (I already knew it would be bad)
Our view was towards the freeway and construction on a building, bridges with homeless people sleeping I asked for a different room but that was rejected. I was not comfortable when trying to get a massage I was attended by a rude teenager at the front desk who told me she was fully booked!!
But funny how when I called to make an appointment; it was a whole different story she said she had avaiable appointments but when I checked in they told me that no appointment was even required!! I visit many hotels in downtown areas and I have to say Houston was probably the worst.

Hilton Americas-Houston was the host hotel for our family event. Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing--Brenda at the front desk made me feel welcome. Jennifer assisted in planning our event and she was marvelous. If you want a lovely place with friendly helpful folks this is your place.

Houston Marathon Stay

Houston Marathon Stay
This is one of the best stays in a Hotel. Rooms and Staff were great. Staff was always willing to assist with any questions we had. Great breakfast in the Executive Lounge. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
