Always had top notch from service dept, been using since I purchased my truck. I would give the QUICK LUBE dept, which is separate 0 STARS. Always wait about an hr which I understand. Came in and younger guy said 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. I couldnt wait that long so he scheduled me an appt for 730am the next morning. So at 720am the today he told me it would be over 2 hrs wait to get it in, because they open at 7 and there was 8 cars in front of me. So what is the point in the spot I asked. No answer. So I am at a different dealership as we speak. But the actual service dept I love and has taken great care of any warranty issues I have had quick and efficient. I understand people drop off and come back, but my truck is my work so without it I am just sitting.
I recently purchased a pre-owned SUV from Yates. Like a lot of people I dread the car buying routine with high pressure sales and finance people. Instead I found the process at Yates thoroughly positive. Anthony, the sales person, was knowledgeable, respectful and low key. He led me through the entire process. They even delivered my car to me even though I live in a remote area. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I have since recommended Yates to others who are considering a new vehicle and I will be back for my next car. Five Stars!!

Had an oil change and a problem with turning off the vehicle work that needed to be looked at. The service tech knew what the problem was when describing it. The repair was made and is operating like new.

I was scheduled for an LOF and they said it would take about an hour. It was completed in about 45 minutes and they also did a computer update and filled my DEF.
Horribly low offer for my trade. The salesperson kept insulting the competition instead of telling me benefits of the GMC product. Rodeo Ford was a much better experience, which is part of the reason I bought there.
Sean was my Sales guy. He was a super quick guy who helped my find the right truck. He took the time to help my daughter learn how the remote start works. Sean took his time to do this and set up an appointment to get a bedliner done. He even noticed that I got the wrong floormats in my truck. Sean is a great guy and excellent!
Went in for oil change and routine service. Got in quickly, got ride home with minimal wait, car was done on time. Overall...very good experience.

I just went to this dealership looking at a 2017 Chevy Camaro listed for $21,995. They told me if I finance the car it will be $25,500. I said I don't want to finance I will pay you cash for it. They said if I pay cash it will be $1,000 more! I offered them $22,000 cash for it (which is above asking price) and they told me NO! They would only sell it for $25,000 cash. What a ripoff DO NOT buy anything from this place. They will steal your money. I'd give Zero stars if I could.
Bought my first truck from bell road Toyota. 23% interest and then they tried to pull the bait and switch. Bought my next truck from midway Chevy 9.9% interest on a new truck with good credit. It took 5 to 6 hours. And trying to get a simple fix under warranty 5-6 days. Bought a 2008 used tundra 4.9% interest rate from yates. In and out in less the 2 1/2 hours. They honored the quote they gave me. Angelica was the best. Honest, friendly, and no pressure or bull. The experience the other dealerships should be providing. I will buy the rest of my vehicles here and tell all my friend as well.

My AC stopped working in the middle of summer. I was able to get an appointment really quickly and I was given a courtesy vehicle to use while they waited for the parts to arrive. Kyle was a huge help and texted me updates so I knew what was going on! Overall, an excellent experience!

They have bad customer service. I had to leave multiple voicemails and emails because they would not get back to me regarding my whole warranty cancellation. Rich and Elaine just made what was supposed to be a simple process very frustrating. Would not recommend.

Worst place to buy a truck. It has been two months and the can t fulfill What We Owe list. They always say they will call back and they never do. First time buying and it will definitely will be my last time. We always buy from Liberty GMC and I regret it not taking my business back to them!

Gmc screwed me over rebuilt my engine and two months later it brick again
Sales team was great. Had an issue with my windshield, but 3 months later Yates resolved. Before my first payment was made, 2 major things had to be repaired (oil system and AC compressor cracked). Both items were repaired, but only after I paid my deductible.
Robert was awesome to work with. Took his time to make sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Would recommend these people to anyone, they do a great job!
They were supposed to check to see all i needed left and power steering fluid went out. Just drove around the corner. Thanks 2000 down the drain. Tried to give them one more chance and bought a car. I was lied to about only getting payments in 90 days. Made me realize that everything Yates stands for is lying. Please dont do business with this company. I call they never call back.

Just picked up my GMC Terrain from the Yates Service Department where they did a super efficient oil/filter check and replacement. I originally went in on a short notice as my battery died and I needed a new one. I couldn't turn my vehicle off so they took it right in. Excellent dealership overall and plan to stick with them for a long time!
If you want great service and be treated by a name and not a number, see Ashley Salinas in the Service Department. She will take care of you regardless of the issue. The care and service she gives will ease your stress and frustration. I won't see anyone else but her at the Yates dealership. Thank you Ashley for your great service!! We will be back!!
We were unable to get assistance upon entering the lot. Highly suggest making an appointment. But they did use the key from the showroom to let us look inside a car.
Absolutely the worst service department I have ever seen. My son was treated horrible. They took a MONTH to complete ONE repair. My son needed his truck for work so he went to pick it up after 32 days!!!!Communication horrible. When my son went to pick up his truck it had been drive, It was filthy and dusty from sitting and the battery was dead. The service department put a used part in the truck. A cable to the transmission. USED PART! The truck had to be taken to a different gmc dealership to complete the repairs and they confirmed the part was used!!. They didn't offer my son a loaner vehicle. They treated him like dirt. Never ever will go anywhere near that dealership or service department. They DO NOT CARE about thier customers at all. I left messages and send emails to speak with someone regarding all the issues we had and NO ONE, NO ONE ever called me. Still no one has ever called to talk about what happened. Its July 4th 2018 and I have NEVER received a call from this dealership to make things right!! I've bought 2 brand new vehicles since all this happened. You can be sure I didnt buy them from YATES!! that place is horrible!!

The service rep was excellent, but GM still didn't the problem with the DEF sensor and exhaust. Every time I headup a hill the warning light comes on and reduce speed to my truck. Three times it has happen with no fix....

Took my truck in to have ac compressor replaced. They initially quoted me 1162, I told them I will think about it . The next day they called back and said they looked over the quote and could do it for 962, I said that will work. I went in to pay for it and the total was 1112 and stated quote was without tax included and didn't know what it would be. Will never do business here again .

Made appt for oil change. The staff was very friendly but oil change took 2 hours. This should not take longer than 1 hour with an appointment. I am a patient person but If it happens again, I will take my car somewhere else for service.

We set up the drop off spot for Thursdsy because the advisor said they would look at the truck on Fri. Friday I called at 3 pm to find out that the truck was not looked at and may be looked at on Sat. I had reminded the advisor that this was my only vehicle and were were assured it would be looked at on Friday. The advisor (Ed) said there was nothing he could do and we should have been prepared to leave it a few days. On Saturday we called and found out Ed had quit Friday night and they get to the truck Monday. We picked the truck up Wed The truck was. Never looked at by a technician because the advisor could not replicate the issue on the truck.
Mark was great! We had arrive anticipating looking at another truck (it was in the process of being sold). Have no fear! Mark asked us several questions and went to work. He came back with several options. My husband test drove one option and was sold. Mark and his co-workers were honest, polite and respectful of our budget. Thank you again Mark!
