FSN is the only Floral network option that makes sense. They don't take 29% of everything like the "Evil Empire" .. just flat fees and working with brick & mortar stores, allowing real florist businesses to connect with each other (not phone relays) without putting them out of business. Plus the ladies in customer services are just darling.

***After reading some of the other reviews, I feel I need to say to consumers that your Understanding of the use of FSN is incorrect. FSN puts YOU the consumer in touch with the local florist.
The local florist receives the $ that you spend to fill your order from FSN, unlike ALL of the other wire services who charge up to 63% of what we receive from that ORDER TAKER.
Exactly, up to 63 cents of every dollar you spend, they keep in "fees and charges, we even have to pay to confirm that we delivered the order from them.
You the consumer never know who your local sending florist is. And some of the more unscrupulous wire services, call us the florists "shopping" the order for the lowest price, generally much much less than what you the sender have spent. They're robbing you, the florist and the recipient.
With FSN that NEVER OCCURS, NEVER!
FSN hosts each florists Web page. So when ordering online you ARE ordering from your local florist, FSN processes your payment and we the florist receive every penny for flowers and delivery.
FSN also insures you the sender and the recipient are protected.

The worst company I have ever worked with they charge for a way site that never works and they say they are working on it and basically tell you that your a liar and that they can get to it. Thank goodness I'm close to my customers that told me this. I would never use this company ever. Terrible people.
I HAVE BEEN WITH FSN FOR MANY YEARS. I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN A WEB SITE AND WIRE SERVICE THAT REALLY WORKS. ONE LOW ANNUAL FEE AND I RECEIVE FUNDS WITH IN 7 DAYS.....THEY ALWAY HANDLE ANY ORDER I SEND WITH CARE,CONCERN AND PROFESSIONALLY
If you own a florist keep searching for another company to host your website. This one is expensive and hard to deal with!

Do not use this online service if you want to have your floral order delivered when promised. I ordered a candy dish to be sent to my niece Saturday for the occasion of buying her first home. They contact "local" florists to fulfill the orders. The florist they contacted was not near my nieces new home and the florist let them know they couldn't fulfill the order. FSN did not contact me to let me know and nothing was delivered. That special day has passed and cannot be recreated. What a disappointment!
I will never order flowers from Flower Shop Network again. It seems almost like a scam to me. I went online to order from my local florist but when I paid I was told my card would be charged to the name Flower Shop Network. They are getting paid for nothing. I was charged much extra since I didn t just call my local florist myself. I learned my lesson. Take the time and save the money by calling a local florist. My florist called me next day and said they couldn t make the arrangement that Flower Shop Network posted and I chose. The vase was filled with pretty Easter eggs which would leave no room for the stems. Duh! I never even thought about that. Also, the daffodils weren t even in season, which they should have known. Sand s Florist substituted Tulips for me, but like I said, I should have called them in the first place. I thought I was saving time ordering online. Big mistake! I lost time and money! I ll never order online again with the Flower Shop Network.

We purchased a florist this year and inherited the overpriced website and overpriced wire service. We researched several services and decided to go fully FSN wire service and website. I can honestly say, the website is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! It's easy for shoppers to navigate and one of the simplest I have ever worked with. The team at Flower Shop Network made the transition seamless and quick. If you are still paying for an overpriced, overcomplicated website and overpriced wire service, I strongly urge you to give FSN a call.
I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered a gift basket online through Heather's Way in Jonesboro. I had no idea that I was ordering through a different company. The gift basket was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I received a confirmation this morning that the order was cancelled. I checked with my bank, and no refund was issued. I contacted Heather's Way, and they told me to handle it on my own. I contacted the name of the company that the transaction went through - "The Flower Network" and spoke with an operator who was extremely rude. She cold transferred me in the middle of me talking. I had to re-explain the situation to the next person. She was also rude and uncaring. This was a gift basket for a client, and I am extremely displeased that it wasn't delivered. I am most upset that neither Heather's Way nor The Flower Network seemed to care that they ruined a special occasion for a client. I would NEVER recommend using either of these companies.
Highly recommend this company for florist! Get out of the wire services while you still can! This company can help!
