I've been to many dealerships and this one is BY FAR the best experience I've ever had. Alex the service advisor was so helpful throughout the whole process. Also their oil change prices are insanely low! Would totally recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired or serviced.
That's not the place that you want to take your car for or buy a car from,owner Hillyer is very rude and mean unprofessional doesn't have respect for customers so as his sales man very tough will never do business with.
I literally just spent 31 minutes on hold with the parts department and not once did someone pick up the phone to apologize for any kind of extended wait or maybe a hey we are busy, can I take your name and number and have someone call you back ..... just classical music for 31 minutes. Great Job Guys !!!
Amazing Service department, With the best Master Technicians!
Came here looking for a truck with a trade-in. Was approached by sales person Daisy. She seemed like a decent sales person at first. Then it went downhill from there. They tried to low ball me on my trade-in by over $1500. Tried to say my car was in fair condition when it is clearly in good to excellent condition. I didn't notice this until later after we left. Daisy called back to tell me she found a truck that would work for me. Quoted me the full MSRP price. She was suppose to call with the price after discounts, rebates etc. I asked her to figure out what the price would be after price adjustments etc. and call me back. Never heard back from her again. These guys are your typical scam artist. I contacted another Ford dealer who right up front offered almost $12k off MSRP of a little better truck right over the phone without even seeing my trade-in or meeting me in person. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF! Go to a more reputable dealer like Vancouver Ford or Salem Ford.

The service department is super nice, fast and accommodating. They do great work and did not try to sell me extra stuff. I went in for a factory recall fix.
This Dealer did an excellent job fixing my car but customer service in the Service Department was not what I expected, the guy was not friendly, he acted in a sarcastic way when I asked if my Ford Explorer was in recall, he needs to be trained to better serve the clients.
They were very polite at Hillyer Ford and they gave us a very good cup of coffee while we were there
Timing is everything. When the undercarriage decided to drop partway off my car I was on I5 South right at Woodburn exit. Called Hillyer s Ford and spoke with Alex in service. Alex had me pull up to service door and helped me right away!! Great customer service!! Definitely would recommend this dealership!
