Total failure...became a disaster ..they ask for cash if you wanna drink stg bec people don t pay their money and run away so you start with no credit and this no all included hotel so water is paid even and u can not get it.!!!its definitely bankrupt also no security at room air conditioning that never changes with buttons all whiteness of rooms are scratched no care even no shampoo at rooms. This is no longer the hotel I got married at,no longer I got welcomed and taken care of and no longer even a hotel...go get a clean pension

Good hotel with large and spacious rooms. What pulls down is the furniture in the rooms, everything is molded in concrete and painted white over. There is no bed, only mattress laid on top of a slab of concrete. Very sharp edges all over the room, hurt me several times. The staff was not nice o the whole tat. Bad system on car parking. It should not have 5 stars.

The card reader for the lock on the door was broken and it didn't get fixed after we told too. There is no facial tissue in the room. The curtain doesn't cover all the windows and light come inside in the morning. The fridge inside the room doesn't work properly, the equipment are old and broken... the balcony door is broken and it is the most difficult door to open and close!! Sounds funny but every time we want to close it we get tired and at the end the door is not completely close...
Everything is great, clean, rooms are spacious. Breakfast is very good. The only weaker thing is a bit slower internet.

Lost its soul. This place was amazing. Since the beach front refurbishment, it no longer has direct access. Used to be bliss Beach set up is now run by a third party and is pretty cheap/shabby compared to the previous beach bar. Many hotels have better beach access due to the Konyaalti redevelopment. This is not the case for Su. Such a shame. Room curtains have been upgraded which is welcome. They no longer play electronic chill music which was part of the hotel's unique character. Noise from weddings was an issue during our stay.
