Zero stars if I could. One of the worst job environments and work culture I have ever experienced. Only was there 3 months but would of left after 3 hrs. I do NOT recommend this place for new graduates. Seriously folks. Avoid any opportunity from this place

I order from here weekly to supply vending machines in Wyoming. Everyone I deal with at Vistar from my sales rep to my truck driver are friendly and helpful. If you ever need product to fill a store or vending machines, I definitely recommend this company.

I would give this company a -10. Worst company ever. Management is terrible. They could care less about their employees and families. I do not recommend this company for anyone to work at.

My only option to by the sole product line we carry was changed to Vistar of Houston in Jan 2015. The last 5+ years have been mostly frustration, severe incompetence, lack of concern, expired product, damaged product, 6 to 10 week lead times, 500% freight cost hikes without notice, total avoiding of requests to get a higher level manager to email with my concerns. Their drivers describe it's a fiasco with poor leadership and and no desire for improvement. The top management in Houston must be related or have dirt on someone because he is totally uninvolved and nothing has improved in the last 5.5 years which is hard to believe. I wish I could buy elsewhere but am forced to deal with this outfit that seems to create problems for everyone they deal with.

Does not treat employees well with regards to pay, promotions, and providing them the proper resources to get their jobs done. Do not recommend this company for college graduates.
