A great store filled with a large selection of quality clothing and accessories. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.

I bought a pair of earrings 10 days ago and there s already no stone on both of them and the material is no good. Such a disappointment. Too expensive.

My family has shopped at Hills for 20 years now they have a great selection of clothes, shoes, and jewellery. Make sure you come during the sales because things are quite pricey otherwise. They have brands like Adidas, native, Citizens of Humanity, Rag & Bone, Herschel, and New Balance.

Love shopping here, the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They have great menswear and ladieswear selections. Lingerie and pajamas as well as casual and evening wear for ladies.

I always have great experiences at Hill s. A terrific selection of modern, hip clothing and accessories and
a friendly, helpful staff. On my most recent visit Mateo took really good care of me and I walked out of the store, once again, with a smile on my face.

Wicked selection with a very attentive and knowledgeable floor staff. A great place to try out new as well as already established brands with a decent price point on the clothes. I will definetly be returning soon!

Rude staff at the blue ruby counter. I was looking for a hair clip for my mom, they did not have it in stock. One staff apologized but the asian girl had to give attitude and said "it is not like we carry 15 or 20 of them in store". I definitely did not need that added attitude. If you work in the customer service field, please learn to have better service.

Hills of Kerrisdale is an iconic store that has always brought the best brands to Vancouver. This location in particular has trendy and stylish clothing options for Her and Him, but also carries shoes, accesories and jewellery from sister company Blue Ruby. Selection constantly varies, and yet some brands and products always have a space; their fairly large Levis jeans section, one of these. You can count on Hills to always bring one-of-a-kind and original garments. Prices are quite reasonable, corresponding to the quality of their products. They don't have sales very often, but when they do, it's definitely worth it to go to Kerrisdale and check them out!

I bought a Rains jacket from Hills about a year ago, and the seams were ripping under the arms. I emailed customer service with only a general purchase date - no receipt - and some photos of the issue. Hills response was immediate. They acknowledged the damage and warranty, found my invoice (always provide your contact info when making a purchase that has a warranty!) and sent it to me, and arranged for a brand new jacket. I had it in my possession within a week.

I ve found it rare to interact with a business with this level of integrity and customer service. There were no delays or roadblocks due to Covid . Much appreciated Hills!

Just discovered Hill's as I just started working in the area and go in and browse on my lunch hour. Love their selection of men's items and found a great jacket for %50 off. Zach was friendly and super helpful and I will def be back.

Super service, great selection, lots of terrific finds and not at downtown prices. The Hill family is an institution in Canadian fashion and their eponymous, flagship retail store is like another home to us that grew up in Kerrisdale. You won't be disappointed. The same place that clothed us when we were young now clothes our kids.

I've been to this location several times (not spending every time but still spending), each time being more disappointed.
sale items are often stained, damaged, or defective.
One shirt was obviously stained by the security (ink) tag and was on sale for 25 percent.
On a separate visit a sweater had an obvious hole in it.
Recently I had purchased a pair of socks (on discount) seemingly issue free. Upon washing and one wear a hole developed in the toe. For a pair of wigwam wool socks I expected more (especially for 9.00)
Hoping Hills would step up and back their product I went back to inquire about the possibility of a store credit. The sales associate was very nice and did let me know that sale items are final sale which I was well aware of. She also directed me to the menswear store manager which was very helpful of her. The manager stated that items on sale are on sale for a reason and unfortunately they could not send it back to the manufacture as it was old stock and the store would take a loss.
I explained again that socks should be more than one time use especially for the price / material / manufacturer however she did keep her ground.

Rather than the store take a 9.00 loss and maintain customer satisfaction I ended up taking a 9.00 loss on a product I thought was quality leaving me with a feeling of a store not appreciating their customers. Will probably take my business elsewhere which is rather unfortunate.

Good variety of clothing, socks, jewelery and some shoes. Good range of prices, especially in jewelry. Free gift wrapping.

I m a 40 yrs old getting followed all around the store and being treated like a thief. The kid was constantly over my shoulder and popping up from behind racks just lurking. Never coming again

Nice selection of items for a small store. Its location in Kerrisdale makes it easy to access by students from the nearby high schools.

I brought Two pairs of shoes with $400/pair there half a year ago, and both are broken at the tips as I just wear it once a week. As I bought them back to the shop to try to have them fixed. They asked me for the receipt, saying They can't do anything without a receipt! What a worse after-sale Customer Service !
