I'm local to the area, and have used this jewellers a few times, to change my watch batteries and to adjust watch straps etc.. I like to shop local and supports local shops. But I have to say the last time I went there for a watch strap adjustment, the front of desk lady was very nice and accommodating. But things soon got bad when the gentleman who deals with watches came to the front of house, to deal with me. I said good morning and was totally ignored, and treated with absolute condescending and rudeness from this old man. I'm sorry to say I will not use them in the future. And will not recommend them, customer service is everything, and the said gentlemen has none. I took my watch to Tesco's sunbury, where they have a on site Timpson which deals in watches key cutting etc.. and was greeted with a smile and great customer service. Where they fulfilled my request.
Got to agree with the other comment, The lady was really nice and friendly but the old boy was as misrable as sin, No wonder they are closing down! Shame really!
