I bought a Rains jacket from Hills about a year ago, and the seams were ripping under the arms. I emailed customer service with only a general purchase date - no receipt - and some photos of the issue. Hills response was immediate. They acknowledged the damage and warranty, found my invoice (always provide your contact info when making a purchase that has a warranty!) and sent it to me, and arranged for a brand new jacket. I had it in my possession within a week.

I ve found it rare to interact with a business with this level of integrity and customer service. There were no delays or roadblocks due to Covid . Much appreciated Hills!
