I have been a Highnet customer for many years now. The service they offer is exceptional. You don t get lost in call centres as you do with other providers and are treated as an individual not an account number. When you call them you speak to a member of their team based in Scotland not some far off land! Highnet s management team are top notch. Highnet do not have a high turnover of staff so you will always see a familiar face and they are quick to respond to any request.
How to describe my experience with Highnet? Simply terrible! Nearly every month I have issues with my broadband and VOIP system, the Internet goes down and or our phone system. I run a small contact centre so this is far from ideal. Every time I call Highnet, they blame my 0 identify the REAL problem and to finally stop it reoccurring. I've been told that they 'will get back' to me!
