How to describe my experience with Highnet? Simply terrible!
Nearly every month I have issues with my broadband and VOIP system, the Internet goes down and or our phone system. I run a small contact centre so this is far from ideal.
Every time I call Highnet, they blame my 0 identify the REAL problem and to finally stop it reoccurring. I've been told that they 'will get back' to me!
