Come for the icecream. The portions are big. The cones are fresh. The locals go for the socialization as the food is nothing special. Most of the menu is frozen but the prices are reasonable.

The dining area is cleaned frequently between customers. There is a swing and four-legged kids are welcome. The 3-season porch is heated. There is an outdoor grill that I've never seen used in 30 years.

Summertime fun includes separate weekly car and motorcycle shows. Tide In from Memorial Day but Tide Out Columbus Day.

Love this place and wish it was closer to home. The owner, Mike is a great guy and I knew him before he bought this place when he managed a seafood restaurant for a chain. Everything here is great.

Dirty, staff were screaming to each other, food was okay, everything tasted like fish though (I had chicken too) Personally Mc Donald's lobster rolls, and chicken sandwiches were better.

Great spot for the value. I have stopped here for ice cream and most recently the food. Had steamed mussels for around $8 and I swear you are given $8 worth as you bought them at the market...huge portion and flavorful (butter garlic and lemon). Also has a mixed seafood play that was good. Laid back relaxing spot...can eat inside or out at a picnic table. All seating is open air, so can be tough if it s really hot

One of our favorite places to visit when back home in NH for the summer. The fried clams, scallops and broasted chicken are the best!
I think you should open a southern location in Lakeland, FL. Thanks for never disappointing us. See you in the spring.

Well, it's very different with the pandemic going on. You can call ahead and place your order, but hope you have signal, which I didn't. Call ahead and they will assign you a parking space and then they will bring it out to your vehicle ... and of course the food was great.

Great spot for seafood and onion rings. We got the grilled salmon, ribs (my fiance doesn't eat seafood) and the onion rings. Everything was fresh and delicious. The onion rings were among the crispiest, tastiest I've ever had, and the salmon was perfectly cooked. Would definitely visit again!

Normally we enjoy going to high tide, we go on cruise nights and whenever we swing through town but tonight was a huge miss. Both Milk shakes were 2/3 full and the seafood combo for $26 was far too expensive for 5 scallops and 2 small pieces of haddock. On a positive note, the chicken dinner was great value for the serving size.

It's a treat to live only 5 minutes from this place, food is great, selection is good, the staff is friendly, and prices are on par with any quality seafood / ice cream joint in New England.

I enjoyed the lobster roll. Fries were too mushy for my preference. For ice cream, their vanilla soft serve was broken and they were also out of chocolate peanut butter swirl. I ended up with cookie dough ice cream which had several large ice chunks in it. So I wouldn't recommend the ice cream. But they do have a nice outdoor seating area which is very spaced out and good for social distancing. The ordering area is indoors though, but it's separated from the eating area.

High tide is honestly the only quality takeout/dine in of its kind in the Hillsborough area. It's the perfect, fresh surf &turf that you would expect to find in Maine, surprisingly tucked away in the sticks. A playground for the kids and picnic tables, as well as screened in or indoor dining. Food is superb and nearly every time I've been there, the owner can be seen making the rounds personally, to ensure your satisfaction. Oh, and the icecream selection and staff service would be the concluding facets to warrant 6 stars if possible.

Friendly staff but the food was unbelievable bad. We ordered food to go at the window and were given no utensils and napkins. Fries were cold and had no salt on them so I had to run back in to get some. Haddock and the wife's chicken sandwich were OK but not worth it overall. We were bummed based on the positive reviews. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Went to get dinner today. Apparently the girls behind the counter were to involved in conversation to help customers at the counter. Waited for about ten minutes and left. Really girls? You are there to work. Gossip on your own time. This isn't the first time this has happened. I definitely won't be back.

Xxto expensive. The brownie sundae so small had to go back and ask where the hot fudge was and they forgot tge marshmallow. I asked for maybe a scoop of ice cream ordered some other icecrean soft maybe 8 ounce. Just to small of a portion. For the money. Waited all summer very disappointed.
