High speed productions is the most incompetent shipping agency. Nothing about it is high speed, their customer service is rude and not honest, and they are unable to fulfill even the simplest order. It seems they do not have a hierarchy of employees or even a system of accountability. I have been trying to ship a package for 9 months from the United States to China, have included all the necessary information, and they are unable to do it. They offer a range of excuses from "the shipping agency cant print chinese characters" to "we have shipped it every month and it gets lost."

I ordered thrasher magazine subscription to Australia and recieved the free t-shirt with no magazine. 2 months have passed and no magazine. I have emailed their so called customer service and spoken with Marsha, who was so rude and unempathetic. Getting information from her was like pulling teeth only to be told she cancelled my subscription as i live in australia and i should have gone through a different link to order it to AUS. Why offer it to Australia and in AUD $$$ if you cant send it. Marsha needs some serious lessons in customer service and maybe some manners.
I ordered a Thrasher subscription for my daughters birthday. I have not received any Thrasher magazines after subscribing over 3 months ago and my daughter has been eagerly checking the mail for it every day. Unsure of who to contact, I began emailing a couple emails from the website since no one returned my phone calls and I was having problems getting into my account. My emails kindly requested assistance as far as who to contact so that I could find out where my magazines are, of which I already paid for. Marsha was very rude, snarky and unwilling to help. She refused to offer any resolve to my issue. Horrible customer service. Wish her supervisor could know she is chasing away their company s business with her uncaring attitude. Sad.....
