I ordered a Thrasher subscription for my daughter...

I ordered a Thrasher subscription for my daughters birthday. I have not received any Thrasher magazines after subscribing over 3 months ago and my daughter has been eagerly checking the mail for it every day. Unsure of who to contact, I began emailing a couple emails from the website since no one returned my phone calls and I was having problems getting into my account. My emails kindly requested assistance as far as who to contact so that I could find out where my magazines are, of which I already paid for. Marsha was very rude, snarky and unwilling to help. She refused to offer any resolve to my issue. Horrible customer service. Wish her supervisor could know she is chasing away their company s business with her uncaring attitude. Sad.....
