Its a terrible place to work. There is no dress code for anybody so girls show up in tube tops and shorts. They dont clean the computers, keyboards or headsets. The supervisors do NOT care about the staff at all and they are so unorganized. I would never suggest this company to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would place is beyond an organized HR is the worst of them all very disrespectful very non-professional. They say you can get more hours or exceed your hours but you can t after hour they send you home. Don t waste your time here

I went there for a job interview, the main entrance goes into the break room.The place wreaked of fried food and the floors tried to pull my sneakers off! A young lady who was employed there told me this job is unreliable , unfair and just plain unorganized . No thanks

This company called me at 9:55 PM EST on a weeknight and masked the number to appear local. I asked for a supervisor who told me it is legal to call till 10:00 PM. That is simply a rude and misguided policy. I work with telemarketing firms and none of them call after 9:00 PM. They don't call households late in the evening because people panic expecting the worse when they receive unsolicited calls after normal operating hours.

Called at 8:54 PM on a Saturday night. Forget the FTC's guidelines, as it's just on the cusp of breaking them, it's downright unprofessional to call me at this time about raising minimum wage. Find better times to invade people's lives.

I love working here. They have been so very good to me and I am blessed to work with an amazing group of people.

Great environment, Great Management including HR great employees & compassionate atmosphere. They truly care about the employees... American Directions Group (ADG) is NOT telemarketing... Does NOT sell things! ADG is a RESEARCH company doing SURVEYS/POLLING that is it.

Floor manager asked me "why should we pay you to use the bathroom?" By far the worst place I've ever worked.

Worked there for a month. They show favoritism to certain groups of people. Their equipment is old and doesn't work. Very frustrating when trying to get surveys. They don't call to let you know when shift starts. And you never know what hours you get in a pay period as they send you home if you don't get certain quota which my not be in your control. Also many felons work there. And the employee's are very disrupted and you can't hear the person whom you are trying to get the surveys you need. So I give them a bad review. Hope this helps to those potential victim's.
