I ordered thrasher magazine subscription to Australia and recieved the free t-shirt with no magazine. 2 months have passed and no magazine. I have emailed their so called customer service and spoken with Marsha, who was so rude and unempathetic. Getting information from her was like pulling teeth only to be told she cancelled my subscription as i live in australia and i should have gone through a different link to order it to AUS. Why offer it to Australia and in AUD $$$ if you cant send it. Marsha needs some serious lessons in customer service and maybe some manners.
