A very nice place for home food but mama Oyo need to upgrade to cashless....the use of POS is important.

Yummy food overall they never disappoint,organised for easier service , I just don't enjoy the line up like we're prisoners but come to think of it, it's the only way the 1st come 1st serve theory would work especially with so many people trouping in like ants,... thanks ma'am with you I don't miss Lagos as much as I'm used to, still haven't found any ewa agonyi (Togo beans) joint lol that would be so lit

This place is the no 1 point for local delicacies in Abuja especially the yoruba menus,clean environment, delicious food and affordable.

Pocket friendly, food tastes awesome but you need some energy to do the queue. Saves me from exorbitant expenses eating at the hotel restaurant I stayed.

Getting local Yoruba food can't get more interesting

Good food, enough parking space for the crowd it gets. Long queue to get food, Cash transaction only(No POS or Transfer). Customer service is average, some are courteous, some are annoying. Cost is very affordable.

One of the top amala places in Abuja, your Abuja trip ain't complete without a stop over here. Very large space and good food. Queue always too long and they don't use POS for payment, strictly cash, this is a demerit. They also do not do delivery, this isn't much of a big deal anyway.

Got top quality experience in assessing amala joints as a local ibadan boy. However this amala restaurant is second to none! One of the best amala ever and the ogunfe was really succulent.

Clean place, food is excellent. Service is good taken the lineup into consideration. Price is reasonable. It is a place to be.

My favourite meal at Iya-oyo restaurant is the amala with round-abouts and shaki. Tastes great!! Goes best with a bottle of chilled coke. Other meals sold are pounded yam and veggie soup, rice, beans stew n plantain.

I gave it a 4-star cos of the long queues which could be really discouraging.

The amala and ewedu is unbelievable. And the prices .....super super affordable. As in 2 plates of amala and ewedu with 3 meat each and a bottle if drink each cost me 1,500 naira only

Terrible, how can a grown up man hold a steel plate to buy for food?

Good food terribly but overpriced, this should not be the case in a farming country. What's the excuse? Then there are no toilets patrons have to pee in urinary systems installed in the parking lot unbelievable

I love how neat and organised the place is. It was my first of many times to go back there. Definitely one of the best native food in the city of Abuja. I enjoyed the tasty and sizzling spicy of the soup.

You mustn't get to Oyo before you eat sumptuous Amala, when Iya Oyo Amala is within reach.

Nice amala joint. Orderly queue for your hot amala, etc Sufficient dining area with no class distinction.

The food is good. I particularly like the rice beans plantain with fried meat and shaki...... The only problem I have with the place is that they have refused to upgrade.. The place looks dirty these days. So I would advise you order a take away instead.... But the food is good

The place is known for it's local flavors in their food, most especially in their signature meal which is Amala and ewedu, it's one of the oldest spot to get good local meal in abuja Nigerias'capital. And it's for both singles, friends and the whole family.

When you want to reach the Yoruba delicacies in Abuja this is a place to be. Its sometimes worrisome that they do not use a P.O.S machine there. Food is quiet affordable and they need to put more attention on the seats. They are dusty sometimes.
