HICA Review

The building is not very well signed, difficult to access and staff were not as professional as I would of hoped.

They take their employees for a mug. They lie to them. They make them walk far distances on their own in the dark. They expect you to get from one to another (that are up to 30mins away from each other) in 5 minutes. They agree to hours for you to do then secretly add calls on then tell you they can't take them off because it's too late. I wouldn't recommend going to them. People have already left them because of their poor service and so have the pensioners.

Worked for this company for 8 weeks wish I had not bothered, the service users are fantastic they put up with a lot. The office lie to service users, even after you have been and told the service user the truth. They do not care about the wellbeing of the service user when unwell just want to know when you are going to move on. They have done so much it would take forever to write.

Horrible company to work for. They lie. They dont look after staff. There is no confidentiality. The service users get no respect or dignity as they deserve. I have wasted 2 years here. All it is is stress worked to the bone and pay never seems rite.

I will be moving my father after 2 weeks of there neglect! Disgusting place for anyone.

Terrible place to work. They put so many calls on you that you have to cut calls short because of this your pay is cut short but they still charge the service user for a full call. They lie about you to service users. Messages are not passed on.one of the coordinators is extremely rude on the phone. When I spoke to someone higher up they dismissed it and said it's because she's stressed, not an excuse in my opinion.

Very unprofessional and poor management.
Never recommend to anyone to work with Hica.

Excellent company that work hard to improve the lives of people who use their services.
