The driver of YX66NHU who made no attempt to stop at the red traffic lights outside the Salvation Army on the A63 is a disgrace to his profession. He knew there are no cameras on this junction and the driver went through on red. I know because as I was stopped at the junction after being halted a good few seconds by the red light before your driver passed through the red light on the inside lane.
