Always on time, PA Carly Fox is the best. All the MAs, PAs, and Drs. here are great to interact with for your appointments. You know they must have hundreds of patients, but you always feel that they remember you and know who you are. The front office staff is excellent, quickly responding to questions when you check in and out. Cant say enough good things about this dermatology office.

Just had the best experience here! Big thanks to Dr. Rkein,Daisy and Michaela, having to be all alone during cancer removal is so scary and these three were so kind and compassionate. Dr. Rkein did an amazing job putting my face back together. Love this office! Thanks everyone!

Desert Sky Dermatology employees were very nice and efficient in greeting customers and taking care of paperwork quickly. The wait time was adequate but I had to wait 12 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I guess that isn't too bad. The prescriptions we're sent to pharmacy right after and we're ready right away. I am satisfied with them.

I have been cared for by Drs Rkein and Wing for several years. They are compassionate and provide high quality dermatology care. The have treated me for three different skin cancer types. I cannot day enough good about these physicians. They are outstanding. I would recommend them for any patient needing evaluation, diagnosis or treatment by a dermatologist.

Have been going here for a couple of years. Have seen Dr. Woods, Dr. Wing, and PA Ashley. Have been comfortable with all of them, and believe patient care is their #1 concern. Wait times have been minimal, and I always leave feeling that my issues have been dealt with professionally. If I was more vain, I'd go for some of their cosmetic procedures!

Dr Matthew Woods and his staff are excellent. I highly recommend him as one of the kindest, compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable physicians that I have ever met.

This was my first visit to a dermatologist in nearly 10 years for a full body exam. I was impressed with the staff at Desert Sky. Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Wing was extremely thorough and professional.

This is the first negative review I ve written about anything -- but feel that I need to write this one.

I had forehead Botox injections at Desert Sky Dermatology on 2/15/18 ($352.00) and was told it would be about two weeks to notice a difference. At this appointment, another was made for 3/8 for the Botox follow-up (for what I had done on 2/15) and Voluma. Since there was no difference at all from the Botox by 3/1, I called to keep the 3/8 appointment for the Botox follow-up only and to cancel the Voluma which was going to be $1,500. I didn t want to throw good money after bad.

It was made very clear when I called on 3/1 that I only wanted to discuss the 2/15 Botox (to find out why it didn t work) and cancel the Voluma. When I went to the appointment today, I was told that if I didn t get more Botox or Voluma, but just wanted to talk about Botox , it would be $100. I explained again what I had clearly stated during my 3/1 phone call. The response That s our policy. So, apparently the policy is If you want to spend more money on something that didn t work (without any explanation of why it didn t) and spend even more ($1,500) on Voluma, we ll be happy to take your money.

I do need to add that the 2/15 appointment wasn't the only one that I wasted my time at. They had originally scheduled me for 2/5 which was with an aesthetician who didn't even do Botox, so I was rescheduled for 2/15.

I m very disappointed and will not be going back to Desert Sky Dermatology.

Desert Sky Dermatology was wonderful! We were taken to the exam room right at our appointment time! The Procedure was carefully and reassuringly explained. Ty the PA and Emily his assistant were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I have used Dr. Woods since right after he opened his practice. I have found he and his staff to be both very professional and friendly. Over the years his practice has grown significantly for good reasons. I highly recommend this business.

First time to Desert Sky and I was very impressed! We were welcomed right as we walked in the door and the wait was minimal. Dr. Nelson came into our room, ready and eager to help. He was very friendly and kind, as was his assistant, and they answered all the questions we had. My son will be going through a 6 month treatment with Dr. Nelson and he earned our trust within the first visit! So happy to have found this office!

I Definetly would recommend this place! From the first phone call to set up an appointment to the warm greeting at the front desk, I was treated warmly and they made me feel comfortable. Kristin, Dr Ty s nurse was wonderful and I felt like she was more like a friend! Dr Ty is AMAZING! Where has he been all my life?! He was thorough to a fault! I don t think I ve ever had a better exam! I came here on a referral by several in our neighborhood and now I know why they love it here!

Dr. Woods was one of the best dermatologists I've been to. Very knowledgeable and willing to walk through all of my options. He ended up removing some spots under my eyes and did a great job not causing scarring.

I just had my first appointment today at Desert Sky Dermatology. It was an excellent experience. I had several spots that needed to be addressed. Ty took his time and addressed each area of concern. I had waited a very long time to see the dermatologist and was nervous about what they would find. Ty was excellent at calming my fears and assuring me that if anything was found it would be taken care of. All in all I had 5 areas that needed to have a skin biopsy and several other areas that needed to be frozen. I definitely felt like I was in good hands.

I was a new patient and even filled out all of my paperwork online, ahead of time. Several people came in after and were called back. After 30 minutes of waiting and being the last person left in the waiting room, I cancelled my appointment. I'll find a dermatologist who cares about patients and respects their time.

The staff was great/friendly and Dr. Woods does an excellent job and has perfect beside manner!!

Worth the drive! This is not the closest dermatologist but dr woods is by far the best I have seen. I didn't feel rushed like the 2 other dermatologists I have been too and he takes the time to make sure you understand the risks and procedures. The place is huge and brand new, the wait time is almost non existent. Highly recommend

Desert Sky Dermatology saved my face! I got melanoma on the side of my face. Dr Woods did an AMAZING job with the stitches to minimize scarring. I was so worried I would look like Frankenstein and you can barely see the scar. The entire staff is caring and professional. They do a very thorough job with skin checks and monitoring any changes. Highly recommended!

Love Dr. Woods. He is very knowledgeable about all dermatology issues it seems. However, it is very difficult to get in to see him. You must make appointments months in advance. Visits also seem just a bit rushed, but I do feel like I'm in good hands there.

The staff was very friendly! But even more impressive was the fact that I didn t have to wait. My appointment was at 10:50 am and I was done with my appointment at 10:53....I spent 15 minutes with the PA. TOP NOTCH!!

I love Dr Woods and his Desert sky team. They helped me spot and Dodge stage 2 skin cancer a couple years ago. And the care and effort him and his team have out in have kept me healthy since then, and I look forward to working with them in the future. Definitely recommend for your derm needs

I went in to have my warts removed and they used the nitrous gas and pay $164 for it and was told that if the warts didn t go away that I should go back and re-do the nitrous again, but the warts that was supposed to be taken out didn t go away, so I scheduled another visit to have it done again thinking since the first time didn t work they were going to do it again for free. NOPE, I was told after having it done the second time that I needed to pay again the same amount that I paid the first time! What if it s intentional to spray it a little bit so that you will definitely come back and charge you AGAIN! Just SAYING! Not going back again.

I was referred to Desert Sky Dermatology and Surgery Center in 2016 when we moved to Gilbert from Bellevue in Washington State. I have always been very careful to do an annual checkup with a Dermatologist and I have had some very good care. I was assigned to Dr Ali M. Rkein and I have since had 3 successful surgeries for skin cancer. Dr Rkein is a remarkable Surgeon so the results are barely discernible. I highly recommend Dr Rkein and his staff for their expertise and excellent care at Desert Sky Dermatology and Surgery Center.

Staff is nice and Dr. Woods is thorough and explains things well. Directions should be more explicit (cross streets, etc.). My GPS looked me to a neighborhood West of the office location.

The first time I went to this office was a few years ago and I was happy with the care I received from Dr. Woods. However, over the past year, my husband has been seen twice and my 15 yr old daughter once by one of the PAs and the care they received was awful. We will not be returning.

Love love Desert Sky! I see Ashley Conway mostly and she is so nice and personal. The supporting staff is very friendly and are easy to work with on appointments and all other stuff. Dr. Wood comes in and says hello and check on any questions I might have if he is in the office.

Clean office, staff is always friendly and accommodating. Wife had Botox here a couple times and keeps getting little bruises despite following all protocol of avoiding blood thinners, etc. Otherwise, had a mole removal and biopsy - was very simple and pleasant (as pleasant as can be expected!)
