Absolutely terrible! I waited on the phone for 30 mins and I was proved zero assistance. Unfortunately this is the second time I have had this problem in the last year. This insurance company has clearly given up on customer services and is in need of a serious make over.

Very disappointed that my team was laid off 30 days before hand without any notice and were not given our commissions that we were promised. I have called this place for my Retirment account and each and every time I was treated like I am asking for information that I'm not entitled I was told my pacer was sent Friday last week . It don't take that long to get mail time . They all are rude . And treat you like they are aggravated you are calling them .
