I have been working at Hewitt Associates for over a year now and I must say it has been a great experience so far. The company culture is really inclusive and supportive. The management is very approachable and they genuinely care about their employees' growth and development. The work-life balance is also amazing. The only downside is that the salary could be a bit more competitive, but overall I would rate Hewitt Associates as excellent.
