cant get a hold of renter for cabin no matter how i approach and I have rented from him more than once very unprofessional as we see it or he is being discriminatory

We stayed in one of their cabins in Spaulding this weekend. It was delightful. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. We took bedding and towels and literally everything else was there. He was great about communication, easy check in and out. We will be back!

Don't bother the agent is a real jerk all their cabins are in Spaulding no water. If they had something in eagles nest maybe but he just wants your money and is no help. Pick another lake as we are. Jerk

Great choice of cabins in size & location ... Lakefront or back in the pines. Spalding is a beautiful community with osprey, mule deer, and a paved airstrip. Can't do much about drought affecting lake level but Pine Creek had a great run this year with trout - what a sight! Heritage Land offers many options for rentals in a quiet, rustic forest community.
