Where do we start?? After MULTIPLE disappointments, from both buying new and repairs, from another local jewelry store chain, my husband and I hesitantly decided to stop by Henry Wilson s for a brief browse . Upon arrival, we were instantly and cheerfully welcomed by Mary Main. When asked what brings us in , still hesitant, we responded with we were just looking . Mary, with no pressure, which was a first for us, allowed us to browse at our own pace and liking, periodically checking in to see if we had any questions. We were off to a great start!! After browsing, we decided to discuss with Mary of our vision ! She PATIENTLY, for hours, showed us every combination possible, even if it meant coloring stones with a sharpie to give us a visual, to try and meet our needs . Well, with a lot of conversation and laughs, we found the winning combination and wanted to have the rings fused together! We explained to Mary exactly how we wanted them to look and boy did she, and Henry Wilson s deliver!!!!! We are BEYOND ecstatic with the end product and the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we received from Mary! She not only met, but exceeded, all of our expectations!!! THANK YOU MARY!!!!! Kim and Jim
