Service, excellent. Food, excellent. Hotel, excellent.

Restaurant at the height of the character.
Excellent cuisine and mega luxury location.

Enjoyed my day there. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the food was simply delicious. The ambience is simply beautiful.

Excellent place. If you are looking for a quiet place to have a conference, this is the place. The ambience is real.

Loved the ambience here. The gardens were amazing and a good place to kick back and relax. However my New York strip steak which I ordered to be extremely well done ended up being rare which was quite disappointing

The service was impeccable...I've never experienced anything like this. If you're in Nairobi, Hemingways is the place to stay. It's also a good place for a 24 hours getaway from the hustle and bustle on Nairobi. Take your partner if possible....the ambience is very romantic.

Loved the place, great ambience, great spa experience, the bar? Business, Leisure or Family, they got you covered. And the suites???? Awesome!

Went for lunch on weekend. They recommended us to order the buffet which is 5500ksh per person. We asked to see their alacarte menu many times but they didn't even the menu was placed just right behind them. It took 10minutes just to get the menu.

There are not enough words to describe this place. The best closure to our safari trip. Not enough accolades to describe how special this experience is.

Favorite brunch spot in Nairobi. They have live jazz and great buffet which includes bottomless Proseco. The service is excellent. We had the lunch buffet then ordered a bottle of wine and lingered on the patio.

This hotel is luxurious. The rooms are very large, great bathrooms and the grounds have the Victorian African style. Unforgettable stay in Nairobi.

Fantastic spot. I live locally so haven't stayed on location but their staff, restaurant and bar are great. Not a single complaint. There's a high price tag but you get what you pay for here. Ideal for special occasions.

Went to the restaurant for dinner. Beautiful setting and building + great service. Food for the table was good, apart from the steak which was tough and overcooked.

I was here for a conference. It's located in the leafy Karen area, in a serene and quiet environment. Good security at the gate in terms of controlling entry but the security check could be more thorough. The conference facilities are great; a very spacious conference room, well ventilated and air conditioned. Three TV screens in the room for anyone wanting to make presentations. The staff are quite professional, friendly and always willing to help. They don't rest until a problem is solved.

Wow! The ambiance, amenities, staff, and restaurant of this hotel are outstanding. The price is steep, but in turn you will receive outstanding service throughout your stay. The location is in Karen, an upscale and wealthy suburb. Rooms were comfortable and elegant. The restaurant has ample options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike; breakfast has an equally wide variety. The pool is small, but quiet with a charming view. We look forward to returning.
