Charge too much, send the wrong invoice, no one hears, book an appointment and no one comes ... disaster - never again!

The cleaning is ok, but completely disastrous about customer service, you get no answers, remind, get the wrong answer, remind, no response. After a year we cancel our cleaning subscription.

They clean very carelessly. It fits well for those who have children and not for everyone.

Big problems with quality unfortunately. Hired them when my partner got pregnant but always had to clean up afterwards anyway. We managed to get an approved cleaning of the visits we had but decided on several bad housekeeping and staff who were scared (even though we clearly announced that cohabitant and dog will be home at cleaning times), rebooking and the like. to terminate our agreement.

The individuals with whom you are in contact, on the other hand, should have a great deal. Emma and Ramin from Enskede's office were very accommodating and service-oriented throughout the period, but unfortunately they could not make up for another substandard service.

In the case of moving help, the staff makes a large hole in the wall which we must adjust afterwards. The removal cleaning was only a superficial cleaning and we got to clean ourselves in +3 h after Hemfrid's staff are there. Far below expected level and very obvious deficiencies in cleaning. Hemfrid offers 10%, and calls it "we can make an exception and give you compensation".

Poor service and poor service! Take another company if you can!

Very satisfied, it is br quality of cleaning. You do not have to pick before. The home is cleaned as expected and I can devote myself to my children instead. So invaluable to me right now. Communication with customer service is good. Recommended!

I have found dust on several occasions. Then unfortunately, some cleaners have an odor that stays in the apartment even when it's been a while.

Also pay attention to their subscription form.

If you are not satisfied, they will gladly go out on cleaning. But then you have to stand as a supervisor, otherwise nothing will be done. The feeling is that their staff should do everything as quickly as possible with microtrasa. Do not think that cleaning does not match their marketing!

Moving and moving cleaning worked well even though it was a rather complicated move with 'intermediate storage' in storage for a few weeks (some boxes that were going to the storage ended up in the living room but otherwise perfectly ok). Have hired Hemfrid to clean our home every other week for about 20 years. Works very well, especially the last 10 years when we had great staff!

Very happy with Hemfrid. I have been a happy customers for several years and have always been satisfied with the result. The staff is professional, friendly and quick-service (HQ) every time needed. This service have truly made a difference in my family life!

Cleaning is OK but the management and the way they do business is awful. Watch out for false invoices and loss of property.

We received excellent service from the company. Responsive and on time. Piotr and Piotr did an outstanding job. They dusted everything from the shelves to the lamp shades, made the appliances (fridge, stove, coffee maker) shine, and so on. The apartment was sparkling clean and smelling good. On top of the quality work, the guys were friendly, kind, and on time. I would recommend this service.

Can't really recommend Hemfrid when it comes to moving cleaning. The sellers of the house we bought had hired Hemfrid for both moving cleaning and moving. Upon our arrival, the sellers told us that they had to call back the cleaners when they announced after about 2 hours that they were ready. A villa of about 150 sqm on 3 levels! They had to come back to continue the cleaning. When we arrived the next day with the entire moving load, we realized that it was super sloppy cleaned. Dusty elements, moldings, basement not particularly clean at all, dusty windows, dust on the boiler, etc.

Recommends Madde's anvil which cleaned out our townhouse of 156 sqm and on 3 floors. They cleaned for 8 h and were spotless!

They have a guarantee, but once you have moved in all the stuff, we assumed that you can not complain and with such short access (got keys on Friday and the moving car went on Saturday) it was impossible to wait.

Does not announce a 10% charge when making a change of day / time for moving. On the other hand, fast on the invoice. Not again.

I am super happy with my cleaning at home. So nice to come home and everything looks tip-top!
