Old expensive and overpriced small gym ......
I left when I heard the staff talk about the '' SUDAKAS '' they had from clients.

This is the typical neighborhood gym of a lifetime ... with the advantages and disadvantages that it has.

Old facilities and antique furniture in the fitness room.

There are quite a few collective classes, such as body combat, body pump, aerobics, zumba, and martial arts, such as boxing and karate.

Regarding prices, it is much higher than average market prices.

In favor, they have an aesthetic center where a great professional and UVA cabin works.

Excellent human team of professionals with an aesthetic center with extraordinary attention.

Always gym with very nice staff. You have everything you need to train comfortably.

Great place to get some exercise. Clean and well equipped. They close late so it's ideal for those of us who work long hours, and the physical trainers and teachers are very good.

Well, I think that the gym is quite good, it has "old-looking" but nothing else out of the ordinary. And best of all, the professionals who work in it, very attentive ALWAYS AND AT ALL TIMES, which is what is needed after all. Machines in perfect condition.
I have been going for a week and a half and I am very happy, the unbeatable and personalized treatment. Very complete and has everything you need. It is very familiar because you walk through the door and feel at home, there is no waiting for machines and there is not much influx which facilitates greater attention from professionals. I am very happy with the gym. It may seem "expensive" but I have compared prices and in others it is more or less the same because you end up paying other things when everything is included in the price here.
I have read a comment that they were talking about '' sudakas '', I doubt it since one of the monitors is not Spanish and is ADORABLE, very sugar cane and they make you meet your objectives.

Because it has many activities and the staff is very nice.

Very expensive, old, no air conditioning. In summer it is hell.
The changing rooms are terrible, left and with a lot of musty smell.
