The noise came from the ventilation in the room and it is not adjustable. Next time I fly again! A pity, I would have been very happy to drive from Chios to Athens.

You should make a better choice for your employees. I went to the Piraeus agency in Karaiskaki Square to book my tickets. Excluding the fact that I waited about twenty minutes for one employee to train the other at that time, I would have to wait for these twenty minutes to learn the breast anatomy of the younger employee (the trainer) as she was bent continuously above the trainee , presenting to me her naked berries! The rather responsible person there. He gave the order to train on my own tickets, I can say with a special jar to his employee. Zero professionalism, miserable service. Same on you.

Bought several tickets where the trips got cancelled. I've been chasing them for over a month to get my refund according to their own corporate policies and nothing at all! No refund and no reply to my emails, and useless on the phone!
Before the trips were cancelled, there were weather warnings, they kept saying on the phone that the trips were not cancelled asking me to call within the hour for the whole day - the next day when I was supposed to take the trip, I arrived at the docks to board and they only told me there that the trip was cancelled while they were telling a friend that it was going ahead... too late and with the worst attitude!

Good fun traveling on Sea Cat 6 - was worried about sea sickness but, once it got going up to 30 knots, was a smooth and pleasant ride with great views at the front. Allocated seating on first come first serve basis when booking online so book early for front seats. Decor could do with an uplift and Americano coffee was made with Nescafe instant even though full size coffee machine - meh - hence 4 stars.

Worst experience ever!!! Depart was 00h, but they call me around 13h to inform that the ferry would delay in 2 hours. So I would depart at 2a.m from a horrible harbor without any infrastructure. In a nut shell, 6 hours seated in the floor and waiting to board. No organization to get in the ferry, just thousands of crazy people pushing trucks, motorcycles, cars and pedestrians in the middle of this mess. Never again!! If you can, run away from Hellenic Seaways and all late night ferries, do it!

I booked two tickets with Highspeed Piraeus - Sifnos returning from the site. The seats wherever. When asked by the crew why while the tickets were bought together, no seats were given next door, the answer was "aaa did you buy them from the site? . ". Of course the site does not mention anything like that anywhere.
It is unacceptable for the site not to offer the functionality offered even by the latest cinema, especially when the information obviously exists in the company system to be available at the agencies.

The port of Piero is a great chaos. The port police is ordinary and violent. Nothing is marked. As for HELLENIC SEAWAYS they changed docks, they were delayed. The staff of the company seems to believe that Greek is the universal language and they behave in an ordinary and ill-mannered manner. The ferry that takes us to the islands arrived delayed by what the immense amount of people and cars that arrived mixed with the cars and passengers that we left. It is chaos and absolute disorder. Bad treatment, there is no one to report. An absolute disaster. Of course I would consider another opportunity to get to the islands by plane.

Crossing ok, but a family with 3 people, including one child, are assigned 3 separate places in 3 different areas without any notice - which, by the way, was not recognizable when booking - and that with months of advance booking.
Thank you for the crying child and the unnecessary stress of having to swap places with other fellow travelers at the beginning of the holiday.

Incidentally, the problem also accompanied many other travelers.

Ticket call center unacceptable! Rude and not at all helpful. The same situation with the ship's staff! Mainly in the highly existing ones, for example, chief accountant. Charging for vehicles is not based on their length (as is done by online booking) but on their own criteria which they set at that time. In my case, the car license says passenger car and neither passenger nor discount with membership card was calculated .. !!!!!!!! They declared a 7-seater car for mini bus !!) only for the difference of the ticket and the inadmissibility of the case is that while they received the difference the car passed -2 garages like a simple car .... ..

Terrified to try this company: As of today, 22 October, there are NO PUBLISHED TIMETABLES or fares on the 1st of November... less than 10 days away?!? When I attempted to ring the 'customer helpline' number for Hellenic Seaways, the pre-recorded message asks users to 'press any digit to continue in English..,' however when doing so, the message continues entirely in Greek and never gives options in English. How in the world does this company manage to stay in business? Isn't tourism one of Greece's primary industries? Makes me think I'll holiday in Spain next time... at least I can plan ahead.

A trip to Greece? By car? This company offers the ideal solution. Personally I have been a client for years almost always on the daily route Bari, Igoumenitsa, Patrasso and vice versa. The ship is almost always the Superfast I or the Superfast II ... A medium-sized ferry very suitable for the transport of cars and trucks with a good attention to the comfort of the passengers with bar, restaurant, casino bazaar room and large internal hall. The crew is very courteous and attentive to detail, although sometimes, during the cruise the cleaning of the bathrooms leaves something to be desired: not everyone speaks and understands Italian. The official language is greek. Average prices with discounts for groups and families. The ground staff is also polite and courteous. The possibility of online booking and payment can also be appreciated with PayPal.

We started we arrived in Hydra and then they added an extra stop to Ermioni. Eventually we are told that we will arrive just before three. Let's see .. Hellenic Seaways is not a great experience, but unfortunately your options may be limited. We took a round trip from Pierius to Hydra. On the outbound leg we were on a flying dolphin, which is a smaller boat and the cabin smelled strongly of deisel the duration of the 2 hour ride. Even worse, there were clear mechanical issues with the engine and it spewed a truely massive cloud of exhaust, even at idle. On our return trip to Pierius, we were on a flying cat, which is a much larger and more comfortable boat, and did not suffer from the mechanical issues above. However, the interior was still in need of renovation. In short, if you need to make a crossing with Hellenic, be prepared for some frustration and possibly bring a gas mask. Arrive early and book a flying cat rather than a dolphin if at all possible. The one positive thing I can say about these boats is they have hydrofoils, so the ride is very smooth and sea sickness shouldn't be an issue.

Today we had the worst travel experience with Hell...

Today we had the worst travel experience with Hellenic Seaways. We took the early ferry (flying cat) from Rafina to Tinos. When we arrived at the ship, we could put our luggage (4 suitcases) in a storage. After almost 2 hours, the ship finally arrived at Tinos. Together with the other people on the ship we walked to the storage and looked for our luggage. The staff of the ship moved our suitcases to another place. As a result we could only find two of our suitcases. While we looked further for the other two suitcases, the staff put the first two already on land, without asking our permission. We were shocked when we realized, that the boat was already moving andere had just left the port. We were still on board and two of our suitcases were unloaded!! The worst thing was, that the staff just didn't care. They left us alone, without any help or explanation. This while it was obvious that they knew what just happened.
This made me so furious that I went to look for someone at the ship myself. When I found the staff members, they did not want to listen our help us out in any way. The only thing they could say: you were to late......! Their advice: just get off at the next island (Mykonos), wait for another boat and sail back to Tinos. You can pick up your luggage at our agent.
At Mykonos we had to wait for 2,5 hours and buy new boat tickets (73 euro!) by ourselves. Hellenic was not prepared to compensate any off the extra costs we made. None off the staff members admitted that they made a mistake or said sorry.
Never experienced such a lack of service before!!

Good evening. 17/8/19 from Lavrio to Chios the itinerary is at 12:00 and without anyone changing it at 14:00. Finally, after waiting for crowds of people in the sun, the ship left at 15:15! Total 3+ hours delay! You are ashamed and disgusted with being the worst company and treating the world as wallets, even ignoring the little children who were burning in the sun. It goes without saying that the outside world must know what 'company' you are.
