Ticket call center unacceptable! Rude and not at all helpful. The same situation with the ship's staff! Mainly in the highly existing ones, for example, chief accountant. Charging for vehicles is not based on their length (as is done by online booking) but on their own criteria which they set at that time. In my case, the car license says passenger car and neither passenger nor discount with membership card was calculated .. !!!!!!!! They declared a 7-seater car for mini bus !!) only for the difference of the ticket and the inadmissibility of the case is that while they received the difference the car passed -2 garages like a simple car .... ..
