The produce department is awesome. A very nice store
Convenient and comparably priced to Wal-Mart, helpful staff, clean store! I like the fact that you can enter off of Main Street, or the Street behind the store. Makes for #easyacess! They also have a nice seafood section. Enjoy Stay Alert in all parking lots, always!
Very nice n polite and always greets me with a smile!
Everyone SAFE shopping with respect for each other.I always wear mask.
Warm, approachable staff with a great selection of grain free options.
Better selection than the smaller store in town, but the layout feels very cramped. Great seafood counter and bakery.
Parking lot is to small. Plus not enough handicap parking. The store is small and crowded. On the plus side fuel prices are reasonable.
HEB is the place. Store brands exceed the nationals in flavor, quality, and price. The rest of the country is seriously missing out. Everyone I've talked to says they know how to treat their employees and actually pay them. Why can't every grocery store be HEB? Why are other grocery stores even open in Texas?
Good prices and large inventory with great service.
Huge open store, clean and light, and lots and lots and LOTS of very helpful staff on the floor and at the many manned checkouts. I do love having the aid of a staff member on check out, rather than the self checkout of other stores. My preferred shopping point. ESPECIALLY as they've now added Curbside shopping to their offerings!
HEB is the only grocery store I go to, way better than Walmart!:)
Parking sucks, but go visit Ben and Ezra at the deli meat counter!
Hometown of first HEB, this is the larger of two. Has everything you want and then some. Organics, gluten-free, decent wine selection, and a nice natural living section. Not bad for a small town!
Have to shop here or Walmart. They do have a wide selection, but the produce could be better
I like this HEB store: organized, clean and partners are helpful and friendly. I like the music and some times catch myself singing and dancing in the aisles while shopping
Probably the best small-town supermarket I have ever been to. Be prepared to navigate through crowds of sometimes slow-moving shoppers, tho. Don't go when you are in a hurry! Great selection of relatively hard to find high end items for "foodies" at very reasonable prices.
Massive store with all the food items one could ever want or need. Impulse buying is encouraged here, eye catching displays, with multiple free food items matched with a big ticket item. I never get out of this store without spending $100.
Cash register front was small, floor looks very nasty
Well, it is currently torn up for a reminder is and they aren't caring half the products that I usually buy. Parking is atrocious! And to top it off there are stockers blocking every aisle!
Very nice grocery store in Kerrville. Staff was helpful and very friendly.
I love this place!!! Best store ever, great variety great produce everything fresh!
Busy, shelfs were well stocked. Quick check out. Staff was pleasant.
Best place to buy food and other thing much better than wal_mart
HEB partners have always been friendly, helpful and happy!!!! I will only shop at my local HEB
The pharmacy is quick, courteous, very professional.
I love HEB. They are good corporate citizens. Food is fresh, stores are well stocked and there are always plenty of checkers!
Way better than the small H-E-B off of Sydney Baker Street! Go here!
Things are easy to find and reasonably priced. However, at times the cashiers make bad choices about what to put together in bags, i.e. cans and produce in the same bag.
HEB is always awesome! Good people, great products, excellent prices!
They're getting better making it easier for customers to take advantage of in-store cupon deals.
Shopping @ HEB again. The usual products available, when they're not trying to push their brand so much. Seeing that Kerrville is the home of the first HEB, one would think we would have an awesome store, but on the contrary, they just "remodeled" the store. Tearing out the old flooring, only to leave a concrete floor. Which is fine, were it nice and even, but they left it with missing concrete, bumpy in places, where someone could possibly trip. Seems to me the original home of HEB deserves an awesome store. If it weren't for the people of Kerrville, HEB wouldn't be where it is today.
Usually the best. Only 4 stars for closing half the parking lot. I'll be shopping at the other one till the store is finished with the remodeling.
Not only is it the only game in town, it also happens to be the best game anywhere, in my opinion. Cheerful cashiers (my standout detail, since it s the last detail of the store I encounter each visit), excellent produce department, speciality items, and a yogurt aisle for miles. Would like more sustainably farmed meats available, but there are local sources for that. Plus, I got my very best nonstick fry pan at HEB.
Our local HEB was the original store in the chain. It is always busy. Lately, I have noticed that the younger folks they have hired are especially friendly and helpful! I appreciate the positive attitudes!
Love this store... Texas yearly tradition. But WTH... No Fideo??
Love this HEB. Most employees are very pleasant and happy you help you.
I spent way more money than I "needed" to because they have so much great-looking fresh produce and locally sourced products. This is the largest HEB I've ever been to! I love the values that HEB has as a company and plan to shop with them more.
Although I prefer the HEB on Sidney Baker due to the sheer amount of people, you can't beat a good ol HEB in terms of quality of groceries and fresh noms.
Only very friendly and helpful people and very clean
HEB the only place I'll go shopping for my groceries now the Walmart here sucks
I left my phone in the shopping cart...dr. license and credit cards included. Cart collector immediately turned it into customer service. The guy working customer service made dang sure it was mine before handing it over. What a godsend that team was!
HEB is my fav store. Always clean good prices and people that work there are always very nice and helpful
Always clean, with enjoyable employees and atmosphere.
Being only grocery store other than Wal Mart it is good, can't wait for expansion to start up.
Someone attending at entrance and exit, cleaning carts, hand sanitizer available.Didn't know how much I missed seeing the folks at HEB until I got there.. Y'all ROCK!
Great selection. Store manager friendly and helpful!
A really pleasing grocery shopping experience. Staff is eager to help. Produce well selected and stocked.
Always very friendly helpful and reliable thank you HEB and all your staff
Has a food shortage. No toilet paper, paper towels, eggs. Or chicken. Lots of fruits and vegetables
This is a large HEB and its very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It also has a great pharmacy and ypu can get items other than groceries!!
This store is fabulous. It has a pharmacy, a bakery, and a section for prepared food. They also have a large plant section. The butcher is well trained so they have a strong meet selection. A semi strong selection of wine and many different kinds of beer are available. The cashiers are trained to work quickly and they always have an adequate number of cashier stations open. It can get very crowded on the weekends so I recommend going during the week if possible.
Awesome! The bakery workers and office staff were so helpful and accommodating.
I needed 18 loafs of bread and they helped me out. Super great place to shop!
Love HEB but no parking, full isle of curbside that's always 95% empty, I would think customers who actually went into the store would be catered to fairly.
Just went there to pick up a few things, where you can find everthing under one roof. Why shop anyplace else. I love my H.E.B. !!!
