Crowded. Crowded. Crowded. Crowded. Always. And I don't shop weekends. Its like LA traffic jams. Would somebody pleeeease open another grocery store in Kerrville.

Great grocery store. Great produce, and meat. Great variety of products offered. We will return to these stores. I won't recommend the shopping service. Too much food just sits on racks waiting in the aisles to be put with rest of items. Not good if you're buying cold items.

What's not to like about HEB! The store was busy and bustling on a Sunday morning when we stopped for groceries to take to our river cabin. The produce is amazing. Prices are good. Just wish they were in North Texas!!

I prefer shopping at HEB more than any other grocery store. I avoid Wal____ like the plague!
I just wish we had an HEB Super Store in Kerrville. This is where it all began.

Was a very clean and friendly HEB. Very nice fish selection and meats as well. Was able to get a few German products that I could not get anywhere else.

I love HEB as a company and enjoy shopping in most of their stores. Their Kerrville store are the exception. Both stores are cramped, old and almost depressing. Parking is a nightmare. I avoid shopping here.

Of all the chain supermarkets i go to in texas, florida, oklahoma, new york, and michigan, H-E-B is hands down my favorite. Their in house deli meats are spectacular, as is their produce, and their overall selection on other goods will get you everything you need.

This may be the oldest HEB...but definitely not the best. Always some weird funky smell lurking inside. Most of the cashiers are surly and snappish and the management style here is pretty weak.
One of the basket wranglers in the parking lot stood by tapping his toe at me while I loaded my car with my groceries and as I pick up the last item from the basket ...asks if I need any help. No...but I will be doing my shopping in Fredericksburg or San Antonio if I can help it. The store is always too crowded with Kerrville's finest. Gah!

Very busy on Sunday, but really enjoyed the sample tables

I can't find everything I am looking for, they tell me they're holding off stocking till they get to the new store. I will have to go to the little store.

Rarely is there a visit where I can't find what I need. Good varity, quality produce and other products and helpful staff. Great specials!

It is like a zoo. Way to many people who walk around in a daze. Not enough parking spaces. I am very happy to have the Sidney Baker store. The exact opposite of the main store.

We go here to get the things we can't get at the small store in the small local town we live in.

When it comes to HEB this is by far one of my favs. Its has a good mix of products, is clean and easy to get around. Sometimes the customer service is iffy and they occasionally had expired products

I went in this afternoon to get my daughter a cute cake with Happy Birthday written on it. When we went to pick up you could tell my daughter was disappointed that I picked the sprinkle cake and not the unicorn cake. Kenna swept in and rescued us!! They reassured me they could redo the frosting and still sell the cake and offered to put her name on the cake she wanted, she even asked her which display she wanted. My child was so happy and that makes me so happy!! I love my HEB!!

There was a package of meat that had a tear in it and all the butcher did was rewrap it and put it back out on the Shelf it was like a two three inch tear

Little crowded, but excellent selection, well stocked shelves, found everything, check out was fast.
We normally go at least weekly for all our culinary needs

This store is the original H-E-B and has just about everything you need. It's so big that I prefer to use their Curbside pick up rather than searching all over the store for the few items I need. The parking lot is terribly crowded; my car has been scratched there. Hopefully they'll correct this when they build the new store.

I love the people who work there they are so nice and helpful,going through cancer the workers helped me find good food and also told me how to cook it.The only thing i find that bothers me is that Women who serve food to people have to stand with their backs to a freezer while they serve food with a hot plate in front of them.I stood talking to a server one day and was cold.there has to be a change,maybe if a manager had to do this it would change .Please do something about this .

Too crowded, people very rude and impatient. Out of product for their specials.

This is the larger of the two stores by this company in town. However it is still relatively small and old, lacking the amenities of the newer larger supermarkets operated by
this company.

Outstanding business. The store is clean and orderly. Stocking is constant. Customer service excells, well trained employees.

This place is an easy in and out even if it's crowded there's enough room through the middle of the Isles for children to walk in the mother's not to say let's go don't bump into them say you're sorry

Nothing more iconic to the hill country town of Kerrville Texas than HEB. This business is ran better than any other chain grocery store. This particular location is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Prices are the lowest you can find, for the same products elsewhere. Every single employee works with a smile on their face and is very pleasant to interact with. 5/5 but would be 10 stars if I could rate that high.

This location consistently has items in stock I prefer, as compared to other stores in Kerrville including the other HEB! Some items have been discontinued at other store but I can still find them here. Great friendly staff, clean store and well organized. I wish they'd choose one entrance and exit though, it's changed several times I've gone. I miss the convenience of the gas station but it was out of my way. It's only going to get better after the expansion is finished.

Best place to get your summer meats for backyard smoking and grilling. They have the best selection of all grocery stores in Burleson.
This is smoked baby back pork ribs, at only $8 per rack. Fantastic deal at a great price for all that lusciousness.

Good, few household items I felt squished walking through this store everything is very close and stacked high. Customer service was slow and very long line. A manager came over but instead of helping get through the line she stated asking the employee questions or conversation either way it made the wait even longer.
We were just passing through the last HEB on I-10 before it stops. Next time I'll stop somewhere else.

As usual the store was clean and well stocked. Even though the store was busy the lines move quickly thanks to well trained cashiers.

I really don't think an HEB store needs a review section because it's always gray here
