Small town charm very friendly I'd shop there everyday

The young man that checked me out was more interested in the bagger then me the customer. I had to rerun my card four times. Every upsetting when there is a line behind me.

Nice store and friendly staff with fresh food. Love the bakery and deli.

Enjoy seeing the new items they get, sorry to see some of the old items go.

We always love HEB. It s the main thing I miss about Texas! Never miss a chance to stop in when we go to Texas.

It's a small town grocery store, but great selection of products. The fresh seafood, deli & sushi never disappoint.

HEB is a staple in this town, how could they allow costumers to run over their store like they did when the covid crisis came up. Exercise some judgment and stop the fulishness.

Well run, very busy store. Workers are friendly and speedy. HEB private label products are generally as good as major brands and occasionally better.

Really great selections, plenty of employees to answer questions, only downside is it's a bit crowded.

Just went to the pharmacy after urgent care visit. Got there at 3:40 on a Sunday and they close at 4:00. But they got me all my meds before they closed and were super nice. I love my HEB!!

Always clean well stocked. When using the app to make your list finding things is a breeze. Staff is amazing.

Not as great an HEB as the one in Schertz. Their frozen section is too spread out.

The inside looked dirty and the workers weren't so friendly the store was also a little unorganized.

It's HEB...ONLY THE BEST grocery shopping anywhere, everywhere. This one is no exception, except for the hometown feeling of the town that's it's in...in Kerrville.

The store personnel were very friendly. I am from Sugar Land and while there getting a couple other staples I visited the beer aisle to see if there was anything interesting. Picked up one I've not had yet. Great experience, highly recommended.

This is a smaller store and not a super HEB. Product selection is limited and space devoted to product categories is limited. Overall a nice store to shop.

Enjoy shaping here. Prices are usually decent and pharmacy is good.

Need more checkers on a holiday. To many fights over line position.

Not as great as it used to be. Cashiers are rude (specially Rachel on the evening shift), customers service is getting out of hand.

It's very good. They have attention with customers. Good prices. What I don't like is that most of the time is full. I do not like to go to sites that are so full, because it is difficult to buy.

Kerrville actually has 2 and there is no grocery store in Texas better than a Heb!

Love their Pharmacy and the personell that work there. Ivan get my medication and pick up a few groceries in one stop.

Sometimes big stores bring in to many people, the Kerrville HEB is just the right size for me. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thank You....stay small

Most of the time I enjoy shopping the Main St HEB in Kerrville. Currently the store is experiencing freezer issues and failures. Will be grateful when the new store is completed and parking is done.

Gas station was cramped and hard to get in and out of.

Good variety of products at a fair price. The staff is awesome. Friendly and always helpful.

While there are lots of options, it is so ridiculously overcrowded, you can't get to items you want. Any day of the week. Any time of the day. With prices being as high as they are, it simply isn't worth it, anymore. Sad, because it's the only option in town for good produce.

Great place to shop for groceries, fruit, vegetables, sea food, and seasonal items. I've also notice souvenirs, garden plants, flower pots, yard art, and a few clothing items.

The store itself is a very good store but parking sucks.

Really busy today. A lot of pullers (people pulling orders for delivery to car or other) in the store too. It can be challenging to get around with all of the extra carts and people. I found everything I needed.

Sunday after church crowd- family of ten clogging/blocking the aisles. No clue to step out of the way.

The MIC, Amy, was very attentive to my issue of being very publicly and very embarrassingly profiled while buying wine, twice (24 years old btw) in her store.

However, tonight was the last straw. I will never shop here again, which is unfortunate because it s right up the street! Nice to know their supervisors are in charge but you just lost a 10 year customer! Also, maybe get a grip on the high school kids (Hans) laughing at a customer being publicly belittled! Might I add, I bought wine from here almost nightly for about a year, and just now is it an issue.

HEB is hands down the best grocery store I've ever patronized. Great atmosphere, great selection, and great staff keeping our Texas dollars home.

Really nice clean store with great selection of groceries. Friendly service makes it superb. Bakery, produce, meat, and dairy are all great. Seems it's everyone's favorite store.
