This is NOT a cosmetics store! Came here to buy make up on sale but was greeted by a group of Japanese businessmen in a meeting.
From what I could gather this place used to have factory outlet sales every couple months but since then stopped having them. It's just a warehouse or an office.
Love it when those sales are on.. it would be good if we were notified via email!
Range has dropped at the last sale but still got some fantastic deals
The factory outlet isn't open all week so do your homework first
Not as good as previous years hardly any known brands makeup

It's a great place for veggie! Good fresh products available. Love to visit again!
This place is known for it's HUGE warehouse makeup sales. Last sale (June 2017) was not as great as the last sales. More gifts than makeup. Only had Ultra 3 and Mud brands. No label brands as in past.
