I cant belive that after turning down to work with Original impressions through the multitude of off site sales people with no loyalty to the company. We asked for them to stop calling; yet they continue.

If I could I would give this company ZERO stars. At the least I can say at there customer service Manager "Jessica" is completely unprofessional and Rude. She doesn't not know how to speak with customers. Has very poor communication skills and is a very poor choice as a Company representative. Original Impressions needs to hire new staff ASAP. 99% of the staff does not speak nor understand any type of English what so ever. Anytime I order book from their ERJ department there is always some type of miscommunication and I never get what I need on time. ORIGINAL IMPRESSION NEEDS TO HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP
